Le ménage de l’appartement ne semble pas avoir été fait. Toilette sale, verre sur le comptoir et faux ongles de femmes et cheveux sur le tapis du salon. Nous sommes allés dormir ailleurs.

Unfortunately the place wasn’t the same quality presented in photos. The unit was attached to an office connected by a door which on the other side office glass door was always open so basically anyone could get into bedroom and wasn’t feeling safe when you have expensive equipments. There was no room service or no one answering phone if you needed anything. Furnitures were stained, damaged or broken. All beds were uncomfortable folding not big enough for 2 and no regular beds and with broken pieces, the couch bed was broken from different areas that we had to put thin mattress on floor to sleep. Not enough blankets for 5 people which we paid for 5 guests nor enough towel nor enough hand soaps. The elevator wasn’t working all the time and we got trapped for 10 min inside on day of check out. The place needs proper maintaining and repairs.

Thé loft itself is nicely divided, quite spacious. However sofa bed mattress was stained, disgusting, and the sofa bed frame was warped and broken so we were unable to use it for our party of 6

The bed was very comfy, great amenities. Hard to find, but when found everything was clean and organized. Would go back again. Just make sure you read the instructions or you will be stuck outside.

The room was great. Very good location. Very clean and comfortable

room was well designed. compact but sufficient. buffet breakfast was wonderful. Nutella galore, hearty sourdough bread, yogurt, granola lattes, eggs etc

Love everything about it, but most of all the bed was so comfortable that I had trouble to leave the bed I was to comfortable

Quiet location, with lots of shopping near by, easy check in and out Communication happened through the Expedia app and when I sent a message about our check out, I didn’t hear anything back, not that I needed to. If I had needed anything, I wonder how quickly the property would have responded

The heater didn’t work so we had to sleep in clothes from the cold, in the morning I called them n said they will send someone to fix it but never happened. The bathroom toilet paper hanger is broken, the closest in the living room away from the bed room.

Easy to communicate, very clean and nice place.

Toilet was not clean. There are 2 TVs - 1 remote which didn’t work. Roof AC units of neighbouring building extremely loud. No mention when renting that the street is closed and under major repair. The washer & dryer always had towels from cleaning staff. No response to messages nor voicemails about non working TV remote. I do not recommend.

One of the walls is in need of repair (hole in wall), the toilet seat was coming off (we fixed it ourselves) the bathroom light didn’t work over the sink. One of the wall decorations is falling apart and barely attached to the wall. The elevator could use a clean. The duvet appeared dirty (but the sheets were clean). Bed was comfortable. One of the electrical plugs was very loose. The air conditioner was very noisy. The rest was ok. The location was great. Everything else worked.

Second time staying here and it was awesome! Beautiful apartment and very well located!

Good spacious place and service

Great spot. Super cute place. Everyone was very comfortable. Location was amazing we walked everywhere.

Had a very pleasant stay at Bakan, the unit was spacious, clean, had good amenities and the team was very responsive!

I made a reservation two days in advance, but even by the evening of the check-in day, I had not received any instructions on how to check in or obtain the code to enter the building. I believe I would not have received them if I hadn’t contacted them myself. I did not find the operation to be professional, though I appreciate that they responded politely. More importantly, the most troubling issue was that at 3 a.m and later., drunk people were shouting loudly in the hallway and knocked on my door twice at different times. I was scared by the lack of security at this hotel and could hardly sleep out of fear. I don’t know whether they are guests or outsider who had bypassed security, but the security measures were clearly insufficient to prevent unauthorized access from outside. As seen in the photo, there was no reception desk on the first floor, and anyone who knows the code can freely enter. I strongly felt the need for enhanced security.
