The washer and dryer are not inside the unit and need to be used in a shared/common area, which is a bit inconvenient.

The stream next to the hotel is so beautiful, the room is very cozy, parking is very convenient, the children are very reluctant to leave, we will come back for vacation in the summer vacation, by the way, the internet speed is super fast!!!

Very happy and great experience. Highly recommend to others. Be reminded though, cell network and wifi signal are extremely poor. Ideal for those who wants to be off the grid.

Everything was great comfortable and beautiful views. Worth the stay. Only thing is kitchen is not fully equipped… it’s good enough for small meals or to warm up prep meals.

Beautiful location. Rooms well maintained and comfortable. Location is excellent for visiting Banff, Yoho, Kootenay and Jasper Narional Parks including the Icefields Parkway. Loved our stay!

Very quiet. Rustic. Cabin was a bit worn. Beautiful area. Staff could have been slightly more accommodating but overall very good experience. I’d stay again.

Well managed, and everything was great. I arrived at late night so couldn't enjoy at all but it looks good at all.

Great location. Super cute cabin easy access to Banff & Lake Louise. Staff were friendly & helpful. Little store was great provided fresh ground coffee and fire starter for cabin fireplace. Saw an elk & bear. Right by a beautiful whitewater stream with great chairs and fire pits for S'more's.

The location is beautiful and tranquil. Quiet rooms. Front desk staff friendly. Issues included dirty and stained floors/carpet, basics were missed - did not replace dirty cups/wine glasses sugar for coffee, coffee and filters, during cleaning. The bed was very uncomfortable. Dish soap and utensils would have been helpful.

This is the most amazing property we have stayed in a long time. The rooms were adequately stocked and clean. The environment was just world class. Just amazing

Amazing place to stay.

We love staying at Baker's Creek, having been there in October 2024 and late May 2025. The property is extremely tranquil, expect peace and remoteness. Ideal situation is a cabin, although their "main lodge" rooms are very spacious. The staff are extremely hospitable, and the place is a great location if you are looking to be further outside of Banff, while still near Icefield Parkway and Yoho National Park/British Columbia. Highly recommend trying to get a firepit earlier, as I do notice they tend to go quickly. Overall, Baker's Creek has an extremely special place in our heart, as my wife and I were married on the cliffside of Peyto Lake. We can only hope to be back soon...

O hotel é charmoso, mas com pouca estrutura. Fica numa area bem isolada e a proposta dele é desconectar e relaxar. No entanto, nao oferece qualquer tipo de estutura de alimentação. Nem todos os quartos tem cozinha completa e no hotel nao existe uma estrutura minima para ou os hospedes conseguirem preparar algo rapido por conta propria ou ter um restaurante ou serviço de quarto de qualidade. Reservamos por engano o quarto sem cozinha e foi um transtorno, pois não havia opção para ou mudar para um quarto mais completo ou pedir comida no hotel. Fizemos a viagem com nossa filha pequena e achamos isso acabou impactando negativamente. Alem disso, recebemos uma cobrança indevida do hotel por danos ao duvet que tenho certeza que não causamos. Recebi o comunicado inclusive com o nome errado e com uma informação que sequer faz sentido, pois nao bebemos café na cama.
