The washer and dryer are not inside the unit and need to be used in a shared/common area, which is a bit inconvenient.

The stream next to the hotel is so beautiful, the room is very cozy, parking is very convenient, the children are very reluctant to leave, we will come back for vacation in the summer vacation, by the way, the internet speed is super fast!!!

Best trip

Very happy and great experience. Highly recommend to others. Be reminded though, cell network and wifi signal are extremely poor. Ideal for those who wants to be off the grid.

A very traditional log cabin design property with parking adjacent to each cabin. Set amongst a forest environment. Very quirky. Our main complaint was the lack of cooking facilities. A Micowave was provided but with no cutlery or crockery other than two mugs! Considering the price we paid and the 11Km distance to the nearest Restaurant, I would expect more.

The Creek late summer was wonderful. Nice cabins, good location.

The place was lovely. Quiet, no tv cell service and limited wifi which is great for those who want to disconnect. Beautiful spot right on a river and lots of common area fire pits right on the river bank. The only issue was the staff. Smiles on their faces but made you feel like you were inconveniencing them at every turn and spend all their time chatting with each other ignoring you. Was disappointed by this

This property is away from the craziness of Banff and Lake Louise but close enough to drive to both. No tv. No high speed internet. No phone service. Delicious coffee. Very little in the way of food so bring it with you.

We loved staying in a cabin by the stream and enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside by the fire and the stream. So peaceful and beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and quiet. We opened our sliding door to the balcony and could hear the soothing sound of the water flowing over the rocks in the stream right outside our door. We were very surprised to hear the train that ran near the property, but laughed when thinking about the scene from “My Cousin Vinny”, but it wasn’t as bad as that. If the door was closed it wasn’t that loud. I was disappointed to not have air conditioning, I wish I would’ve known when booking the property. Also, spotty cellular and WiFi was a disappointment. Not having a TV was okay, but watching a movie would have been nice to do if we would have had WiFi. The room was clean and the property is well kept. The staff were very courteous and friendly. I would recommend the property, but would warn about no A/C and spotty cellular and WiFi.

It was a beautiful and peaceful place. Within a short driving distance to lots of things to do. I highly recommend!

Baker Creek was an amazing property. My partner and I stayed in a jacuzzi suite, the room was clean, jacuzzi was amazing, king sized bed was incredibly comfortable. The sound of the creek at night was beautiful, overall we were both very pleased with the facility, the staff, the grounds, everything. The price point is very high but it was worth it for a celebration weekend.

Room was clean and well furnished. Only negative was no elevator in lodge made room access difficult with heavy luggage.

Only complaint is that we could hear every time the people above us moved, talked, ran water, etc. They weren’t being loud, it’s just that the sound carried through the building.
