What a wonderful stay! Our cabin was cosy and perfect for our family of two children (10yrs and 8yrs) and ourselves (2 adults). The children loved climbing the ladder to bed and it was great to have a fire and sticks for marshmallow toasting which we really enjoyed! The location was brilliant - between Banff and Lake Louise and lots of trails to explore between the two. A warm welcome and fresh coffee each day as well as the lovely toiletries helped enhance our stay! Thank you Baker Creek

We stayed only one night but are looking forward to more nights next year. We really enjoyed the natural setting and being able to get away in the mountains. Not having cell phone servise or streaming wiif was not an issue for us and in fact was a welcome break.

The room was great. Very comfortable bed, the gas fireplace was a nice touch, and the Jacuzzi tub was fantastic after a day of snowboarding. I would definitely recommend a stay here, especially if you want to be away from the world for a while. Cell and wifi is almost non-existent, so you truly will be disconnected, which I enjoyed. Two things that were a negative. First, the walls are rather thin, I could hear quite a bit from neighboring properties, not just rooms, but the cabins as well. Second, and much more inconvenient l, the parking lot was a slush pit with some fairly deep standing water, about ankle high, but likely higher in places if you didn't watch your step. Overall, I don't think it's a deal breaker, but come prepared for that in the winter months closer to spring. I imagine it might get icy given the condition I experienced. Again, I think this is a great location, but just some things to be mindful about. Also, the distance to Lake Louise is awesome, just a short 15 minute ride, certainly can't be beat.

I called a week prior to check in to get early check in, they daid i had to call the day of check in to see....so the day of checkin i called at 1pm (normal check in is 4pm) i asked if i could get an early check in and was told no as they had not cleaned my room yet....i showed up at 3pm and tries to check in again was told iy was not cleaned yet?? I said i would walk around the property and the front desk person said she would call me when it was ready. At 4:10pm (10min. After check in is allowed) i went back to the desk yo see if my room was ready she said not yet?? I asked what time is check in? She said 4pm, i said its 4:10...she said yes there was a miscommunication with housekeeping???? As angry as i was i kept calm and waited. Ay 4:20 i was able to check in. You would think knowing that i obviously wanyed an early check in maybe housekeeping would of cleaned my cabin first, second, even third???? Not cool!! The cleaners need to dust better, cobwebs on all light fixtures. Cabin was smaller then i had expected, they also have no parkimg in front of your cabin so you park at the front office and walk a block to your cabin, it was spring so the red shale they have on the road and walking paths was mud!!! Very messy and made for dirty footware, vehicle got muddy inside as dis inside the cabin floors!!

Very remote, as advertised, few dining options nearby. Cozy cabins and suites with well equipped small kitchens. Nice, complete gym with sauna and steam rooms. A nice place for a nice getaway!

Amazing Little getaway retreat off the beaten path. The whole area was so serene and the rooms were so cozy and nicely decorated. There was no cell service, but luckily there was Wi-Fi if you had to make any connections for work, but it was incredible and we’d love to come back Stock. It was very accommodating and even upgraded us into one of their rooms with the loft which was stunning. Even had a little rink to Play hockey on or ice skate. thank you!

Great when you want a quiet getaway in the mountains! Not too far of a drive to Lake Louise town and Skiing. Staff was helpful. Firewood was well stocked and they respected my privacy when I needed it. Queen Cabin, I was on a solo writing/relaxation retreat and it fit the bill perfectly. Great place to disconnect from the outside world!

I liked the option of a small fire in the firebox. I also liked the vintage style record player and albums from the old days.

Great place to get away from the grind, plenty of things to keep you busy from free to use fat tire mountain bikes, not to mention the ice skating rink to play a game of hockey with the kids and relax in the sauna at the end of the day. The cabin was clean and well kept with all your kitchen needs and great coffee from devils head coffee roasters. This was my families 2nd time out and everything was pretty good my only gripe was black mold on the ceiling in our bathroom probably wasn’t the biggest deal but for $450 a night I don’t want mold in our living area. They can do a little better I think with keeping the maintenance up to par.
