The washer and dryer are not inside the unit and need to be used in a shared/common area, which is a bit inconvenient.

The stream next to the hotel is so beautiful, the room is very cozy, parking is very convenient, the children are very reluctant to leave, we will come back for vacation in the summer vacation, by the way, the internet speed is super fast!!!

Another special stay at Baker Creek. We were only able to stay one night this time, but loved the surroundings and cosy feel of the log cabin. We hope to be back again!

Fantastic stay!! Would definitely stay again. It felt wonderful to be away from the city. They upgraded us to a loft suite, which our son loved, as it was his birthday. Friendly staff, friendly guests, wonderful fires to sit around and blissfully quiet. Some dust in the corners, but generally in great condition for us ❤️

Loved the proximity to the ski hill. The room was beautiful and big.

This place is amazing!! Beautiful secluded spot by a creek. The room was great, clean, big and felt like a cabin but a bit more elevated. There’s no tv, but I can’t imagine people would want to use one much since outside is so beautiful! Lake Louise is only 20 mins away and there a lot of beautiful hikes and views nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the walls seem to be paper thin. I could hear everything from the rooms around me. So bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper or stay in one of the actual cabins on the property. Otherwise it’s a great place. One of my new faves and will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful view and unique stay place.

I missed the cut off day to cancel, as I suffered an unexpected medical emergency the day before checkin, preventing my 2 sons and I from going on our spring break get away. They wouldn’t let me reschedule or reimburse anything. They then called at 10:30 pm of my check in day asking if I found anyone to takeover my reservation and to let them know by the next morning, so they could rent it out. Why would I happily agree to them double dipping and benefiting from my misfortune?

Such a beautiful property. The rooms were very clean. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Lots of activities around.

This place was perfect. Great location. The staff were very friendly.

The cabins were quite charming, but staff was not helpful - we arrive an hour early with a little kid desperate for a bathroom, and no we weren’t allowed cause our room wasn’t ready. Not only that, when we came back after checking time, the room still wasn’t ready, and because there are no amenities on site, the front desk told us to go to the gym to kill time. The hotel is remote, so there’s nothing around for miles. Incredibly unhelpful, and not set up for families. Their wifi is also terrible - had we known we would have come more prepared to be off grid with little kids. There is also no food anywhere except driving into a convenience store in lake Louise - again had we known, we would have come prepared. Just not as advertised and no hospitality at all.

Excellent cosy get away location!

Beautiful location! The cabin was just perfect. Very comfy beds, clean and modern bathroom, and plenty of wood ready for the fireplace. We will be back!
