Lovely staff, amazing views, two pools (unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working), and it's great that it's dog-friendly.

I stay at Fairmont’s when I travel for business yet, this little hotel is one of my favourite stays. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. The outdoor pool is lovely (not fond of the indoor pool but kids love it.. and they can stay there lol). The beach access and the view of the ocean is worth every penny.

The room was nice and clean with a good layout, friendly staff and an amazing location that was accompanied by breathtaking views of the ocean!

We booked an oceanview room with a balcony and got exactly that. A nice size balcony with two comfortable chairs and a small table overlooking the bay with an unobstructed view. It really made up for the cruise we cancelled to stay in Canada. No roads between the hotel and the beach. True beachside resort. The onsite restaurant was excellent. Fresh food, reasonable prices and pleasant staff. Plus amazing ocean and beach views. Lovely gazebo, two pools, green grass, flowers.

We have stayed with you folks a few times now and it’s always a positive experience. We really enjoyed our meal in your dinning room and look forward to another stay soon, keep up the good work!

The hotel overall was nice - the artwork in the main lobby is stunning. However during the week we were there the men's bathroom off the main lobby was supposedly under repair but nothing was done during the time of our stay - also although the pools were open and heated, the whirlpool was not. The room was nice but the pillows were not comfortable. The restaurant food was very good. The staff was nice and so overall a good stay.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Friendly professional staff , excellent service and views to die for from our oceanfront room. The property is in excellent condition apart from noticing the need for some maintenance to our room patio door which was difficult to close quietly and the bathroom fan which was noisy. Otherwise, the decor was modern, bright and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious food and attentive service at the restaurant and patio . The appetizers during happy hour were amazing. This has become our go to hotel in Parksville for short breaks.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Best thing about the property. The bed wasn't as comfortable as our previous nights hotel so points lost. There was a gap around the door so you could hear everyone in the hallway. The restaurant was average at best. Great view of the bay but less than average food.

The rooms are dated but in top notch shape! We stayed in an ocean view room! Restaurant was good as well, the happy hour specials were the best. Overall happy with the stay and will stay here again!

It was close to many attractions. Great service. The room didnt have a microwave in it but it was located by the elevator.

Poor room amenities, no mini bar, dated fixtures, very loud toilet fan, uncomfortable chairs, TV basic cable package. Pricey for what you get, needs upgrades.
