Facility was clean and breakfast was good. However the pool area is under very strict rules and is not family friendly. Their policy is a worker needs to be supervising if the water slide is on and you are constantly watched while you swim (not life guards but a maintence person), no children under 6 in the hot tub and they ask your kids age, and they stare and make it very uncomfortable. When we would switch between the hot tub and pool the worker would follow and turn off the jets right away. Told my son not to run when he was walking. Because of this we will not be returning to this hotel as we were looking forward to swimming and water sliding but felt uncomfortable being constantly watched by a maintenence worker despite doing nothing wrong. It might be worth noting we were always the only ones in there (2 adults with two small children) and it wasnt as though there was a large group or anything causing a disturbance.

Nice and spacious room, good breakfast and coffee, clean. The area is a bit sketchy, small parking.

Clean, updated, friendly staff. Will be staying again!

After years of exclusive IHG loyalty, I gave Best Western Plus another chance, having left the brand years ago over poor service. As someone who books 175 to 200 rooms annually for business and personal travel, I wanted to see if things had improved. We arrived at 1:40 PM after an 800-kilometer drive. The rooms were ready, but I was told early check-in would cost an extra $60 combined for two rooms, a charge every other hotel I’ve stayed at in the past three weeks waived without question. I was told to wait until 3:30, despite check-in being at 4:00, and sat in the parking lot for just under 2 hours. What happens in Saskatoon matters everywhere. Customer retention isn’t about one booking. It’s about loyalty and word-of-mouth across markets. Nickel-and-diming a tired traveler sent a clear message: Best Western hasn’t changed. To be fair, two gentlemen who later checked us in were genuinely professional and understood hospitality. But the damage was done. You can’t punch someone in the face and then expect them to accept you as a friend. I came back to give you a chance. You reminded me exactly why I switched to IHG, and why I’ll be returning there exclusively. You lost 175 to 200 rooms a year over one staff member’s gatekeeping decision.

I have stayed here a few times. This ladt time was the best Super quiet room. I had a completely relaxing stay. Breakfast was good.

The staff were all wonderful. The hotel was clean and the pool area was very well maintained. The breakfasts were very good. This was my favorite hotel in Saskatoon to date.

Huge line up at check in. Poor entry parking while checking in. Very loud in all areas.

The pool attendant was absolutely ridiculous Stalking kids around the pool. On parents for everything. The rules about the hot tub were insane. We stay at this hotel because of the fun the kids of had at the pool in the past. We will be changing hotels next time

Staff are very friendly and professional in their manners. Room was good and quiet. Front desk person was great. Dealing with Expedia was not good at all. If you're going to book this hotel book directly to hotel NOT through Expedia.

We recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience overall. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the property was very clean, and the hotel was walking distance to amenities. The only downside to our stay was the noise. While the tile floors look nice, and are undeniably clean, they unfortunately don't absorb much sound. Because of this, we could hear almost every movement and footstep from the room directly above us. If you are a light sleeper, we would highly recommend requesting a room on the top floor to ensure a restful night. Despite this, the hospitality and quality of the hotel were excellent, and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

The hotel and amenities were great! However, the attendant in the pool area was not attentive to the chaos of too many children on the waterslide. My child got a concussion from being hit in the head by another child following too closely.

In the past 12 months I have travel from Regina to Montreal with approximately 30 evenings in hotels often checking in early. Never have I been charged an early check in fee until this weekend. The room was available when I arrived with zero inconvenience to the hotel but was charged because they could. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Breakfast not great or top rated as mentioned expected more fresh as used to be with Best western and especially Best western plus. Not booking again ever.

The morning breakfast was very good. Diverse with something for everyone. Two things it could use more variety in the cereal. The other is maybe a variety of package yogurt. The room was clean and nice not to see a dingy carpet.

It sucked and no one knew nothing.
