Had a family emergency and the hotel was unwilling to work with us to refund or rebook. Terrible customer service…. I would book somewhere else. Save the hassle

Because we were travelling from Lloydminster and it’s not very far, we asked for an early check in. The front desk told me that the room wasn’t ready, but if I paid 30.00 I could get in early! What would you think???

Hotel was really nice, clean and quiet. My only complaint was the size of the shampoo bottles. I needed 3 bottles of each shampoo and conditioner to wash my hair.

The Food offered was good. Although the Temperature may not have been ideal, it was easy to fix with the Microwave. Cookies & variety of Van Houte drinks.
