Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services.

It was a great stay, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and much more then expected.

I stay here everytime i come to Abbotsford, the rooms are great, the staff are excellent and the free breakfast is so good

Everything way fantastic. The gym is a bit outdated but other than that, it was great. The hot breakfast was restaurant quality.

Friendly staff, very clean, spacious and comfortable room (and bed!), nice selection for the complimentary breakfast (although some GF muffins or similar would be appreciated), ample, convenient parking, hallways and check in area were clean and well kept and an on site restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't get have enough time to use the pool and hot tub but assume they are probably as well kept as the rest of the property.

Breakfast was excellent

Staff were great! Place was kept clean and maintained. Although pool water line was very dirty on the sides and the jets didn’t work in the hot tub.

Amazing breakfast. Our first night room the bed needs to be replaced just old. But the second night stay a few days later the bed was great and updated.

It was good no problems at all. They were able to accommodate me and that included breakfast wasn’t bad. For the price I will be back.

Staff was friendly but a little tough to understand. Pool was warm and change rooms by the pool were great. Overall satisfied.

We received a “complimentary upgrade” to the hospitality suite. They checked us in and gave us the keys but the room was not ready. We had to go back in 10 minutes. The room was huge but there was no bathtub and it had 2 double beds rather than the king I booked. When I went to have a shower the bath mat was damp. I called the front desk but it was going to take too long to get it replaced so I told them not to bother. 10 minutes later a knock came at the door while I was in the shower. The beds and pillows were comfy.

Good breakfast menu. Very comfortable room. Convenient location close to shops and Abbotsford Gen Hospital.

Easy location to get too, staff was knowledgeable. Room was clean. And very quiet. Breakfast is hot foods, French toast, eggs hashbrowns sausages, and a variety of other foods. Recommend 100% . I will stay again

Friendly staff during check in, especially breakfast staff. Food choices were different every morning. Clean room. Hot tub was relaxing.
