Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services.

It was a great stay, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and much more then expected.

Just off the freeway but room was quiet. Good breakfast as expected at Best Western. Great staff at breakfast.

We booked our room in Feb for a wedding in June and paid approximately $350/night to only find out if we had booked last week it would have been approximately $180/ night.

It has been a long time since I have stayed at any Best Western, and let me tell you, I was blown away how I was surprised. Check in was quick and easy. She informed me the pool was closed (which didn't matter to me anyway), but they were giving free access to a local community pool. The Room itself was clean, surprisingly quiet even though right next to the highway.....very comfortable. But, the BEST PART was absolutely the BREAKFAST, and the staff. FULL HOT breakfast (items changed each morning)...but there was more than anyone could have asked for OR expected for sure. Great way to start the morning. Will absolutely stay here next time I need to stay overnight at the coast!

The light switches for the bathroom did not work properly. I had to flip them on and off several times to get the light to stay on.

Check in went smoothly, room very clean. The breakfast was excellent, eggs, sausages, French toast, yogurt, muffins, etc. two thumbs up.

The main reason we booked here was because of the pool amenities to find out upon check-in that it was unavailable. No notification prior to check-in about this as it was a planned maintenance. No soundproofing either as we could hear people running up and down the halls late at night

We booked with BW, as for the most part we feel like it’s an accommodation that suits travelling as a family. We specifically booked to use the pool as our littles had a dance competition and we were travelling as a team. When we arrived the pool was out of service and they said we could go use the local rec centre - 10min away. The entire hotel was full of a teenage rugby teams which I can empathize would be a little crazy. It was however not acceptable that these teams were running up and down the halls at 10pm at night knocking on everyone’s door, both waking up, and scaring everyone’s kids. Our kids all had a 6:30am wake up call and you can imagine the meltdowns up until midnight after something like this wakes them up. I had to get out of bed at 1am after tossing and turning over the noise and get my headphones to drown out the noise. I’ve been a teenager myself and so what can you do, but there’s having fun and not wanting to go to bed and then straight up disturbing the peace. BW front desk didn’t seem bothered, about this or the no pool, almost $300 a night…. Feels like the service could have been more thoughtful and offered a discount of some sorts. Sandman down the road we heard is a way better stay and worth the price.
