Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services.

It was a great stay, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and much more then expected.

We are put in a room right beside a noisy roadway. We only slept half the night.

Used this hotel as a homebase while working for one week at the nearby regional Hospital. Overall, what you would expect from a best Western; a clean safe decent three star hotel.

I was really impressed with the comfort of the bed. Additionally the breakfast was outstanding for our dietary restrictions. They provided us Silk milk and gluten free bread when requested. This is very unusual in our experience and quite thoughtful

Great place to stay! Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, too.

Upon check-in and getting into our room (555) in the second building, the room reaked of cigarette smoke. The room we booked was a queen with a kitchenette because we were traveling with a toddler and thought cooking when needed would ease the trip. We got transferred to another room (542) which was a double queen room without a dinettte. Not what we booked. At least it was clean and didn't smell. 5 minute drive to downtown. Taxis are expensive. Uber is affordable. Nearest store is a gas station. Included breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed at. Coffee ar all hours in the lobby. Overall a solid 4 out of 5.
