Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services.

It was a great stay, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and much more then expected.

Room was clean

Having two building, and not making it clear that the pool is in one and breakfast is in another was really not something that made us happy. That being said, the blond lady that tended to the breakfast station both morning might have been one of the friendliest and helpful hotel employees we’ve had in as long as we could remember. My wife and daughter went separately from myself for breakfast both days, and on our drive home, we both brought up how excellent she was. Would really mean a lot if whomever reads this shares how pleasant she was to interact with in the morning

Our room was very clean, hotel lobby was stocked and clean, great morning breakfast, pool and hot tub are was clean and well kept! Overall our experience was good and we would come back!

The front staff was very helpful and kind. The room was not what I would have expected for the price but it was clean. The bathroom light did not like to work all the time but did when you played with the switch a little bit.

Very grateful that we were able to get into our room early. Staff very helpful. Clean room, sadly the pool in our branch of the hotel was closed. The pool that was open needed cleaning above the waterline.

Our recent stay at the Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre was genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists, Aliza and Arman, made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast; there was a great variety to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. The location made it easy to explore the area and get to meetings without hassle. We also attended an event at their conference centre and found the facilities top-notch and well-organized. Overall, we left with a very positive impression and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable place to stay!
