This hotel was a fantastic little gem. Booked it not expecting anything special just thought it would be a handy little spot for an after holiday break in Ottawa . What an absolute surprise. Staff friendly, curtious,and everyone went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is spotless the rooms have everything you need and more. you can park onsite the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Coffee available all day. I could go on and on. Don’t hesitate to book here you will be pleasantly surprised it was far more than a place to sleep. The hotel has some very cool artwork as well.

Good location to visit scenes by walk.
The only disadvantage that you might hear sounds from your neighbors.

雖然酒店內住得舒適，早餐亦非常不錯，但附近環境比較複雜，很多流浪漢，比較多乞錢的人在街上，因有數座收容所就在附近，只住一晚還可以.....所以永遠平是有原因的!!!!

コンパクトなホテルだけれど部屋が広くシンプルで清潔。スタッフ従業員共に親切。朝食がとて美味しい。
観光して回るにもとても便利な場所です。
入り口に靴を綺麗にする装置が使えるし，一階のトイレは高級ホテルのようにタオルのお手拭きがあり細かい気配りが嬉しい。最初の部屋の排水が悪かったけれど直ぐに別の部屋に交換してくれました。居心地の良いホテルなのでまたオタワに来る時には利用したいです。

Good Place to Go in Ottawa. The Hotel ist located in Rideau, near to Parlament Hill. There are a lot of Stores nearby. With the O Train IT IS easy Go get to places nearby. Good service from the staff. WE stayed Here 3 nights and would come Back.

Room was great, liquid cream for coffee. Wood floors, comfortable beds, and clean towels. Breakfast was great, we parked next door in public parking area, quick and easy. Staff were great.

Had a great experience at the Byward Blue Inn. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was courteous and helpful and the included breakfast buffet was simple but good with decent amount of options. The hotel is very well located in the Byward Market area.
