Overall is pretty good. Nice paintings everywhere. Good location to visit scenes by walk. The only disadvantage that you might hear sounds from your neighbors. I love this place and hope will have chaclnce to be here again.

雖然酒店內住得舒適，早餐亦非常不錯，但附近環境比較複雜，很多流浪漢，比較多乞錢的人在街上，因有數座收容所就在附近，只住一晚還可以.....所以永遠平是有原因的!!!!

The Byward met our expectations with a clean room, good bed, decent bathroom, kettle/microwave/fridge all satisfactory and a breakfast good enough to get you going for the day. Location was very good. Would certainly stay again.

Wonderful staff, friendly and flexible. They Ensure your stay is perfect. The upgrade rm was lovely and we got exactly what we asked for. The breakfast is well organized , varied with several choices and it is very good. The inn is very clean and the location is close to everything. Park the car for your stay and walk to what interests you.

Staff was extremely courteous and i was made to feel like part of the family. Room was clean but a little dated.

The place is clean and comfortable. The ladies at the restaurant are kind y nice but the guys at front desk are not welcoming. One was especially rude and sour when I had some questions. I didn’t like that!

Clean room, friendly staff and a good breakfast in the morning. I would have given 5 stars but the bed was incredibly noisy and not to most comfortable. They didn’t have enough parking for us so we had to park in a garage a few doors down which meant we had to carry our sons stroller up and down the front steps everytime we left or returned.

Roomy, comfortable room, friendly staff, perfect location for exploring Ottawa! And wonderful to get breakfast there too—with great coffee!!

Nice hotel in a historical location near the market, is a boutique hotel. There was a lot of kitchen appliances in the room what helped a lot: keytle, fridge, microwave, hairdryer. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
