During my stay at Capsule Hotel, I encountered some serious issues. Upon check-in, I was assigned a capsule, only to discover that it had not been cleaned or prepared after the previous guest's departure. The bed was unmade and the capsule appeared to have been used. After showing a photo of the situation to the front desk attendant, he immediately apologized and reassigned me to a new capsule. While this was inconvenient, the matter was handled promptly and I considered it resolved.
The following day, however, a much more serious issue occurred. After leaving my belongings in my capsule and my suitcase in storage while I spent the day out, I returned in the evening and used my key card to enter the capsule, only to find another guest resting inside. The situation was extremely embarrassing and concerning, particularly when I realized all of my belongings were gone and that a stranger had apparently been given access to my capsule and possessions. After speaking with the front desk and a supervisor, my belongings were eventually recovered and I was reassigned to my original capsule (the one that was unmade upon check-in). While nothing appears to have been stolen, this incident represented a significant breach of privacy and security for both myself and the other guest. Despite being told that a manager would discuss the matter with me before checkout, no follow-up occurred and I have yet to receive any response.
