This place was genuinely better than advertised. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what you need for a great night’s stay without overpaying. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the location made it even better.
If you’re looking for a reliable, no-stress budget stay for one night, this is it. Would absolutely stay again.

We just used our bedroom, but everything was clean. The staff was there if we needed too, and it wasn't too hard or expensive to have a late check-out (our train was leaving late afternoon)

Arrived in the afternoon and found there's no front desk / check in area. Called for staff to come and assign room. No physical lock on the door, and there are staff use code to enter my room without permission late in the evening when I was lying on the bed, saying that it is because of their own miscommunication. Very Unprofessional and Unsafe.

The room is quiet area. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Excellent location. Regarding cleaning 4 from 5. We found hairs , bed linen unfolded leave on top of mattress. Amenities not tv, mattress is hard. Everything else good

I was asked to upgrade to room with private washroom with a discount Check -in was slow due to some issue with the wifi which I was told would not be an issue for me, yet I did not have wifi access until evening Nov. 16.

Room is very basic as described. The bed is similar to a cot. Thin and hard mattress. But the price is right if you’re looking fur a budget friendly place close to downtown. Close enough to walk to Roger’s Centre. 15 minute walk for me. It was a last minute trip so most hotels were pricey, this place wasn’t.

A very nice room and good price.
I did have a lot of problems finding it since there is more than one Grange ( street, avenue,...)
Need better directions.
Leaving there, walking to the street car ( to subway) was very easy.
I would stay there again if I need a hotel in Toronto
