This place was genuinely better than advertised. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what you need for a great night’s stay without overpaying. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the location made it even better.
If you’re looking for a reliable, no-stress budget stay for one night, this is it. Would absolutely stay again.

Arrived in the afternoon and found there's no front desk / check in area. Called for staff to come and assign room. No physical lock on the door, and there are staff use code to enter my room without permission late in the evening when I was lying on the bed, saying that it is because of their own miscommunication. Very Unprofessional and Unsafe.

Assuming that people also live there as the girl screaming for half an hour about not wanting to go to school was an interesting wake up call at 7am. And bring a sleep mask. Curtain are thin and the light goes on every two minutes out the front. Otherwise was good

スタッフは親切だったので安心できる。寝るだねなら問題なし。夜も飲食に困らないチャイナタウンの繁華街から1ブロックで比較的治安は良さそう。最寄りのストリートカー(路面電車)の駅から徒歩5分ほど。地下鉄駅からは10分ちょっと。
夜はスタッフ常駐ではなくチェックイン時はインターホンで知らせて来てもらう。部屋は椅子と机、バスタオルあり。エアコンは館内統一のようで部屋にはない。冬で薄い掛け布団だけなので薄着なら少し寒いかも。バスルーム共同で2つしかないので誰かシャワー浴びてたらトイレ我慢。

The room is quiet area. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Excellent location. Regarding cleaning 4 from 5. We found hairs , bed linen unfolded leave on top of mattress. Amenities not tv, mattress is hard. Everything else good

I was asked to upgrade to room with private washroom with a discount Check -in was slow due to some issue with the wifi which I was told would not be an issue for me, yet I did not have wifi access until evening Nov. 16.
