예약카드에 문제가 있었습니다. 그래서 아마도 예약이 사라진 바람에 준비되지 않은 방을 준 것 같았어요. 미리 설명을 해주고 그때라도 청소를 해 주었다면 참 좋았을텐데 아무런 양해도 없이, 할인도 없이, 맨 꼭대기 방에 창고로 사용했을 것 같은 방을 받았습니다. (사용하지 않는 집기가 몇 개 보관되어 있었어요) 화장실에서 냄새도 좀 심하게 났고, 침구도 사용하기 꺼려질 정도였어요.

It is a safe and easy way to stay in Toronto, very useful 💪

Room is very basic as described. The bed is similar to a cot. Thin and hard mattress. But the price is right if you’re looking fur a budget friendly place close to downtown. Close enough to walk to Roger’s Centre. 15 minute walk for me. It was a last minute trip so most hotels were pricey, this place wasn’t.

No kitchen.only fridge & owan No AC only heater. Room is not good. Beds is not good.

A very nice room and good price. I did have a lot of problems finding it since there is more than one Grange ( street, avenue,...) Need better directions. Leaving there, walking to the street car ( to subway) was very easy. I would stay there again if I need a hotel in Toronto

We just used our bedroom, but everything was clean. The staff was there if we needed too, and it wasn't too hard or expensive to have a late check-out (our train was leaving late afternoon)

We had a pleasant stay at Chinatown Travellers Home. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very kind and accommodating. It’s a great value for money, especially given its convenient location in downtown Toronto. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.

The hotel was in a very convenient place, an absolute bargain in terms of price and very clean, easy to access . Great. Thank you very much .

The room is very humid. My clothes couldn't get dry for more than one day.

Staff was very helpful

It is dark at night when walking from the shopping/dining street back to this property but it is only a 5 minutes walk away. Not recommended for the ladies but for guys like myself, this is fine.

Great value. I’ve stayed on 3 different occasions. Great if you’re looking for a place to sleep. Rooms are clean. Private bathrooms are clean and modern. Appear to be recently renovated.

Tres bon accueil de la propriétaire souriante mais la douche ne fonctionnait pas et impossible d'aérer car fenêtre condamnée ! Utilisation du lavabo pour effectuer la toilette, tres compliqué sinon établissement très propre et proche du centre ville. Cependant je n'aurais pas pu y rester plus de trois jour sans douche. Je ne le conseille pas pour une famille avec enfantss. Pour un séjour pro ou autres de 3jours ok mais je n'aurais pas pu par exemple y sejourner avec mes enfants.

Os quartos são renovados e tudo estava muito limpo e novinho. Tem microondas, geladeira e mesa com duas cadeuras no quarto.

Small room with a comfortable bed. No problem using the shared washroom.

This is a budget hotel so don't expect too much. That said, my stay was fine and the big positive is the location. It is absolutely perfect as a base to see everything worth seeing and doing without the need for loads of Ubers and other transportation. Communication was good and check in was no problem. As I say, I'd you're after luxury this isn't for you but if you just need a place to rest in-between exploring, this is perfect. I would liken it to student digs in the UK. Better than a hostel as you're alone and have you're own bathroom but not as comfortable as mid budget hotel. I was perfectly happy with the room.
