Friendly and comfortable

No elevator and didn't know this ahead of time

Good place, some issues but very applicable for the price

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good also. Both hot and cold food choices available.

Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels should be upgraded, they are obviously old.

Nothing blew us away, but it was comfortable for a night.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the building definitely was dated, not super clean in some areas. Also, it’s always really helpful to know which items are gluten-free in the breakfast area, and unfortunately, the staff was unable to find that information out (but they looked for it which was awesome), so it would be great if the hotel manager could make that information available for their staff so they can answer questions about dietary restrictions. Decent place, but on the lower end of a chain hotel experience compared to others in the area for the same price point.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn in Cambridge Ontario. The staff first and foremost was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Our room could have been cleaner, but it provided a quiet and overall a comfortable stay. All of the linen was clean and so was the bedding. The outside grounds were well kept and parking wasn't an issue. Overall I would return for another stay.

Quite and clean love it

This hotel was okay. The staff were friendly but the hotel needs some upgrades. The hallways were dark, the linen was dirty and housekeeping wasn’t the best. I’m unsure if this facility changes the linen after each guest as there were spots on the linen. The towels also had discolouration noted. And the room had a smell after house keeping came and cleaned our bathroom. It smelt like a dirty mop was used to clean the floors. The doors also had a gap at the side and weren’t flush with the wall which could be a safety hazard if someone was trying to get into your room. As they could easily place something between the gap and open your room door. I used towels to fill in the gap during my stay. This comfort inn was not one of the best that my husband and I have been to. I would not return to this location.

We were very pleased with the Comfort Inn in Cambridge. Easy to find, parking was convenient, rooms were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was simple but had all the essentials and we went away ready for the day. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a weekend trip.
