房間清潔度很好，員工服務態度專業。早餐也不錯不過選擇方面就比較少。有機會再去同一個地區也會選擇這個酒店。

This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences we've had, especially for a room costing over $150 per night. We knew it wasn't a luxury hotel and chose it because it was on the more affordable side, but we still expected a clean, functional place to stay. Unfortunately, that wasn't what we experienced.The upper floor was designated as non-smoking, yet the entire hallway absolutely reeked of marijuana. When we first entered our room, it looked acceptable at a glance, but once we settled in, the issues became obvious. The bed had a mangled pillow-top mattress cover that we had to physically adjust ourselves just to make it comfortable.We were in town for a funeral, and when we returned late that evening, we discovered the shower didn't work properly. The bathtub wouldn't drain, and the main water spout wasn't even sealed to the wall. To their credit, management did move us to the room next door, but by that point it was 1:00 a.m. and we were completely exhausted.The next morning, things got even worse. After waking up and opening the curtains, we noticed the headboard was covered in fingerprints, smudges, and grime. It was honestly disgusting, and we felt sick knowing we had slept in that bed. We packed up and headed for the complimentary breakfast, but as soon as we entered the breakfast area, the smell was so unpleasant that it completely turned my stomach. Icouldn't bring myself to eat there, so we left.

The bed was comfortable and away from the Main Street noise and close to Heritage bible seminary where the conference was taking place. Screens in the window in my room need replacing because there was a big hole in the screen. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The bathtub water drain very slow and there is no lift in this hotel

The staff member who cooks breakfast for people is very polite and does a great job, always has a smile on her face and welcomes everyone in the early morning, keep up the great service.
