It was a business trip. The room had some bugs and mildew — absolutely unacceptable. I took photos as proof. I didn’t stay and immediately requested a refund. Property told me that rooms go through weekly inspection. The property instructed me to contact them through Expedia, as that’s where the booking was made, which I did. I messaged the property through Expedia’s chat, and they clearly agreed to refund me — all in writing. But when Expedia followed up, the property suddenly denied the conversation, even though everything is visible and documented in the Expedia message thread. After a month and a half of back-and-forth, Expedia finally stepped in and processed the refund themselves — and for that, I’m thankful. As for the hotel, you’ve earned this 1-star review. It could’ve easily been 5 stars if you simply took care of your customer.

Very convenient location. Good service and clean rooms. I have stayed here multiple times and always get good service.

The room itself was unclean. The floors were dirty, there was black mold in the bathroom and a rodent in the walls. You could see rodent urine and droppings along the walls. Multiple times we could hear the rodent scurring in the walls. When we mentioned this to front desk, she just said thank you for telling us. The internet password we received also never worked.

The rooms were not the cleanest, it was really in the details. Also, bedding and pillows were not great. Stains on sofa bed cushion (ew). We didn't feel comfortable and spent as much time out as possible. Location was great - many dining options and shopping too.

The room smell very bad. We didn't have choic to sleep with the patio door open and unlock necessairely. I came back to the frontdesk because I needed some help with the wifi password. I had clearly the sensation it was not the good time to talk with the staff that was watching the Blue Jays game...

The staff at this hotel were very nice. However the room was to include two doubles and one was very small, and very uncomfortable—it had an obvious sag. This bed should be immediately replaced.

Beds were pretty hard uncomfortable however everything else was nice

Great location

Accessibility was very good. Breakfast was good. A few issues with the toilet and the shower curtain needed bleaching. Front desk asked me to report anything that needed attention (great); my bad that I didn’t. Altogether good stay. Thankfully dog friendly.
