Location is excellent. Overall hotel is average. Rooms look better in pictures. Breakfast is the usual continental. Be prepared for long wait times to serve yourself and wait for a table. Parking, avoid the valet fee, I parked in front of hotel for free and no issue. You can also self park at garage which is the same garage they use.

Room was clean but very dated. Staff very friendly and helpful. No onsite parking. Paid $40 a day to park car in underground parking just mi utes away. Breakfast was ok. Typical hotel breakfast, but it hit the spot. Great location.

Great location, hotel does show some of its age but there has been a few updates. Walking distance to Eaton centre and bell center

Great location and friendly staff. Was given early check-in and extra hour on check-out. Close to pubs, restaurants, shopping and Centre Bell.

Booked into room right next to one under repair. Loud noise from 4pm until 10pm, we weren’t moved to another floor until 7pm. Little regard for customer discomfort. Poor exterior windows and balcony doors let in all street noise, bars right in front are loud.

Hôtel qui manque d’amour mais idéalement très bien situé! Le lit et oreillers hyper confortable! Petit dejeuner pas très élaboré mais très bon! Un must pour une nuit en ville pas trop cher!

Hotel was located close to the Bell Centre, which was very beneficial. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, however some things do require attention. 1. lamp shades in the room definitely require replacing 2. the faucet handle requires attention

Staff was great. Hotel was very old and dated. Breakfast room was not very welcoming. Great pub across the street with a variety store attached to the same building. Within walking distance to the Bell Center….

J'apprécie la grandeur des chambres qui sont un peu plus grandes (petit coin sofa qui fait qu'on se sent moins à l'étroit). La propreté et l'entretien de la chambre pourraient être améliorés (robinet qui fonctionne mal, quelques endroits un peu moins propres dans la chambre) mais l'expérience est tout de même positive dans l'ensemble. L'hôtel offre un très bon service et le prix est très raisonnable (surtout avec le déjeuner compris!). L'emplacement donne accès à beaucoup de commodités à proximité (Centre Bell, restos, boutiques, Métro...). Ce n'était pas notre premier séjour à cet hôtel et nous y retournerons sûrement.
