Le personnel est courtois. Le lit était confortable et le déjeuner compris était bien. C’est très près du centre Bell donc parfait pour une nuit pour aller voir les Canadiens. Il y a un stationnement sous terrain non compris dans une autre hôtel pour 40$ que le valet de l’hôtel va stationner ton auto. L’attente pour l’ascenseur dans l’hôtel est interminable veut mieux prendre les escaliers même si on est au 6e étage. La décoration des chambres serait à refaire. Le papier peint décolle à plusieurs endroits et plusieurs choses sont rouillés du à l'humidité. C’est du tapis dans la chambre, elle serait dû pour un rajeunissement.

Wasnt a huge fan that they didnt have any parking and that the Valet was not available when we arrived to check in. Wont be booking here for future trips unfortunately.

No parking, no pool or hot tub. Elevator takes forever and the hotel is a very busy & crowded hotel. It’s cold and winter and the one blanket on the bed is as thin as toilet paper.
