Staff were great! Breakfast was delish - Room was a bit run down, but it was a place to sleep!

Property is downtown, close to many restaurants and the Metro. Accessing the motel by car is very difficult due to construction and street closures, there should be a notice on their website advising how to get there. Parking is available but not convenient. Breakfast is fine. Staff are welcoming. Definitely an older building.

I don’t want to go there next time- it’s not helping for our booking even we have a medical emergency- Not booking anymore

This hotel is dated, but is also a good place to stay. Staff were great, Don't expect a 5 star hotel for this price, expect what you pay for and you will be happy you stayed here.

Great location to get to the Bell Center and near many restaurants etc. All in walking distance.

Good location，disappointing that breakfast finishes at 9:30…

The room was “clean” but still had a horrible smell near the door. Something similar to urine. The bed was comfortable enough, the shower was ok though the water temperature was anything other than consistent. There was shampoo, conditioner and body moisturizer supplied. But no body wash. Making us glad we brought our own. The breakfast was, in a word, warm. The eggs were cooked and so was the sausage. But any day we ate breakfast we both got upset stomach in some form or fashion. All in all it was a place to rest. Nothing more. I was not impressed by the value at all. In fact this really could have been 25-30% less before it would have registered as a value for product worth having.

Staff was great, location central, construction caused some issues getting to the hotel but that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was good and that coffee was magical. Like, not what you'd expect from a continental breakfast coffee. Fifa world cup was on during our stay and it is in a busy area so the noise from the street was quite noticeable well into the night. If you're staying there when there is an event going on or even on a weekend when the patios are open, the higher the floor the better. We were only on the fourth floor. Price you pay for being where all the action is. Bang for buck it offers incredible value, would stay there again for sure.

Nice spacious room on the quiet side of the building. The room was clean with powerful AC and comfy beds. Furniture and decor are a little outdated and the proper could use a small refresh but overall very satisfied. We would return.

The bedding was stained and the carpet was extremely dirty and worn. Hotel is need of an upgrade

Nice and neat environment

This hotel is in middle of downtown Montreal. I had no problems with hotel although there was construction that made it harder than anticipated to get there. Plenty of stores/restaurants nearby.

The positives: the beds were super comfortable and the location was great. The negatives: the rooms were in very poor shape with peeling wall paper, all the wood was chewed up and damaged, and the carpeting was ridged appearing like water damage.

Great budget hotel that is clean, well taken care of. So many downtown hotels are priced beyond what makes sense, this place is still living in the reality of what people can afford.

Check in and front Desk staff were amazing in helping me check in earlier and arrange other things. Room is barely a two star. Property is rundown but based on the price I paid that’s what you’d expect. Enjoyed my stay, but this property is a two star.
