Beautiful view overlooking the water. We were able to watch the Wolfe island ferry going back & forth across the bay as the snow came down and blanketed the city. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very good location

This is by no means a five star hotel. But it has to be the best value for the money in Kingston! It’s on the water, downtown, close to Queen’s, has super comfy, nicely made-up beds, and a carefully boxed breakfast with plenty to eat, including coffee, that you can take with you, or enjoy in the hotel dining area, with a view of the nearby square. I stay here whenever I visit/ drive my son back to school from Burlington. The price is right, and it’s always reliable! They have paid, underground parking, or for a few dollars less, the lot across the street is also an option.

La chambre et la salle de bain était propre, le lit et les oreillers très confortables. L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord du lac, nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le lac. Il y a une profusion de restos, boutiques et activités tout près et le stade Slush Puppie est à 2 minutes de marches. L'hôtel est à coté du traversier gratuit de l'Île Wolfe, et du centre touristique. IL y a un stationnement intérieur au coût de $20 par jour. Le déjeuner continental est un prêt à apporter dans une boite et est est assez bien garni. l'accueill est chaleureux et les employés gentils

Solid place to stay for the price and location.

Very beautiful place to be at, love the price for the hotel always have best deals. Friendly CS, unfortunately they don’t have free parking wish they could include that in the stay. The breakfast would be great if it was a buffet kind. Overall beautiful view you get. Loved my stay, comfortable beds. Thanx will definitely be going back

It was surprising to find only a muffin offered in the 'to go' breakfast. At the very least, a bagel or croissant should have been included. The current selection is quite limited and offers almost nothing suitable for diabetic guests.

No restaurant. Breakfast is a box which includes muffin, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese with juice box and fruit cup/apple sauce. The room was very basic but did overlook Lake Ontario. Location is great but there are nicer options in downtown Kingston.
