This is by no means a five star hotel. But it has to be the best value for the money in Kingston! It’s on the water, downtown, close to Queen’s, has super comfy, nicely made-up beds, and a carefully boxed breakfast with plenty to eat, including coffee, that you can take with you, or enjoy in the hotel dining area, with a view of the nearby square. I stay here whenever I visit/ drive my son back to school from Burlington. The price is right, and it’s always reliable! They have paid, underground parking, or for a few dollars less, the lot across the street is also an option.

The room was fine. It’s not fancy but is right downtown, parking in the basement and had coffee and a boxed breakfast. The front desk did their job well.
