Everything was excellent. The room was clean and well kept. Check in and check out was seamless. Overall an incredibly pleasant experience.

We were there for a hockey tournament with kids, booked with the team. They were accommodating with allowing kids to play in the lobby. Didn’t appreciate no continental breakfast considering the high cost of the room. Offering onsite Starbucks (a few coffee items) is great but not when you’re charging $9 for a latte and $8 for a bagel. 🙄 would not return based solely on the lack of breakfast.
We also found earrings in the middle in the carpeted floor so I know the vacuum didn’t touch our room before we checked in.
Hotel doesn’t offer microwaves in the rooms. I called in advance to inquire and was offered one ‘if they had one to lend’, thankfully they did.

The front desk attendant kaushal was extremely rude and unprofessional. We checked in around 2:30am and the main door to lobby was close. He took very long to open the door, we had to knock on the door few times and upon asking why it took so long to open the door he refused to check us in on multiple occasion and when we asked if we can talk to his manager he said “ he is the manager and owner of the place”. He didn’t once apologize. We have never experienced such an unpleasant and unprofessional attitude at a Marriott.
