Room was clean and the staff were great.
I had to extend my stay by a day due to unforeseen circumstances. When checking in for the 3rd night, I was asked how things were and I mentioned the hotel was good but I had a hospital issue. I was given a bag with a a water and bag of popcorn in it. I thought that was nice.

The building and room were very clean and bright. The staff was friendly and courteous overall. The price of the room was excellent.
I did feel that the restaurant/food and beverages were exceptionally expensive with little justification. And while I have always appreciated the amenities at the courtyard sites, I was disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool was far too cold to swim. I usually use my own bath products but this time forgot them and used those provided. Unfortunately I felt the smell to be very chemical in nature and it gave me a rash.

The room’s toilet doesn’t have fan. Also, room’s Ventilation is not good enough specially during winter that you cannot open windows. Towels were clean but did not smell good.

Room was big but caulking on the bathtub had mold on it and there was someone removing snow after 11PM making all kinds of noises everytime he backed up which was all the time. Then in the morning I went down to get a coffee and the price for a large coffee was $7.50. Normally coffee is free in the lobby in most hotels. I will not go back to this hotel

Hotel was fine and I would recommend it as a simple stay over, it was clean.
I asked for my room to be serviced every day but after the first nights stay they forgot, so on the second night we arrived back to wet towels still on the floor, an un-made bed and no coffee.

Good self parking, room was clean, lobby floor and hallway carpets to rooms should be cleaned more often - too much salt residue got into room. Some tables at lobby and the 1 tv had lots of finger prints. Room floor should have been mopped. Good service to get extra towels. Housekeeping should check tisse box - ours only had 2 tissues left after they cleaned the room.
