Very convenient as most of the places i needed to were not too far away. My second time staying at this facility. Staff are so nice. The only inconvenience this time, that they were fixing the canopy area of the front entrance. So it was closed off for safty. I would give them 10 out of 10.

We like that its easy access to the 407. We were there for my grandsons hockey and it was easy to get to the arenas.
We also loved the balcony and small pull out couch with ottoman made it very comfortable for watching tv in the evening. Many nice restaurants within walking distance and we had dinner one night in the lobby restaurant and it was reasonable and hit the spot.

Hotel was fine and I would recommend it as a simple stay over, it was clean.
I asked for my room to be serviced every day but after the first nights stay they forgot, so on the second night we arrived back to wet towels still on the floor, an un-made bed and no coffee.

Good self parking, room was clean, lobby floor and hallway carpets to rooms should be cleaned more often - too much salt residue got into room. Some tables at lobby and the 1 tv had lots of finger prints. Room floor should have been mopped. Good service to get extra towels. Housekeeping should check tisse box - ours only had 2 tissues left after they cleaned the room.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a family vacation and truly a paradise for golf lovers. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. However, the kitchen utensils could have been cleaner, and there were a few strands of hair on the bathroom floor, which was a bit disappointing. Communication with the front desk staff was also somewhat difficult. That said, the overall environment and the pool area are beautiful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
