Rooms were clean…. Staff friendly and very helpful….. Breakfast was delicious and the valet parking was wonderful

The check-in staff were excellent!

Parking is the main advantage of this hotel. Convenient location for Imperial Theatre and uptown. Hotel needs refurbishing, rooms are spartan and not well cleaned. Paid extra for a harbour view but windows look like they have never been cleaned. Curtains have holes and the single chair in the room had not been vacuumed. Paid extra for breakfast but vouchers were omitted at check-in.

Moderate property

The Delta Hotel Saint John was a great place to stay. It’s in an excellent location, close to many shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We noticed when the bedspread was pulled back in the morning to reveal the duvet, that the duvet was covered with stains. We hadn’t noticed the night before because the bedspread was over it. I told the front desk staff when we checked out.

Das Wichtigste vorweg: das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Mädel beim Check-in war super nett! Wir waren 3 Wochen unterwegs, aber dieses Zimmer war eines der schlechtesten auf unserer Reise, dabei war es das teuerste von allen. Im Zimmer roch es muffig und feucht. Das Panel der Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht bedienen, das Fenster nicht öffnen, im Bad gab es keine Lüftung. Nach einer Dusche war es im Zimmer sehr feucht und warm. Nach der ersten Nacht waren die Fenster angelaufen. Am zweiten Abend konnten wir ein kleines Fenster einen Spalt aufdrücken, was ein wenig half. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht!

The hotel is beautiful! Our accommodation was fully accessible and easy to navigate! The restaurant was extremely nice, well laid out and the food and service was top notch! Well priced and locally-selected food options! Front Desk and check-in was very smooth! Will definitely return!!

Parking was easy to navigate. I would use the entrance to the shopping centre or hotel over the outside stairs. They smelled like pee and were a little sketch. My room was very clean but I kept finding long dark hairs in my bed (I have blonde hair) so it made me feel like the bedding wasn’t changed.

everyone was on top of things (questions, housekeeping, room service etc), the staff were incredibly friendly
