Safe and quiet place.

Is not what it looks like in the pictures for the price I was expecting something better

The mattress need to be replaced. They are worn out and sag badly in the middle

If you're looking for a BASIC stay that is clean and a lower price, this place is for you. There really are no amenities other than what has become standard, i.e. free WIFI. This hotel is on an EXTREMELY busy highway. I did get a room on a somewhat sheltered side so I didn't hear the traffic.There was sidewalk construction so it was difficult to walk to the shopping mall across the road. The staff was helpful but I had to inquire a couple of times to get someone to come to my room and get the WIFI & TV to work properly on my first night. Be prepared to leave $200 CAD deposit for smoking. I don't smoke so that was really annoying and then I had to physically swipe my credit card to get my deposit back upon checkout. REALLY INCONVENIENT. They should have designated non-smoking rooms & not take a deposit. But their policy may speak to a clientele that will vape or smoke & cause problems. Another issue was their demand that I pay a surcharge for another day when I had spoken to their staff when I first checked in that I would probably stay another day. On that "extra" day, I had to strongly advocate that I would NOT be paying a surcharge when I had already informed them that I would most likely stay another day. The owner happened to be standing there so he approved the NO surcharge. If he wasn't there, I'm sure it would have been a bigger fight. All in all, it's basic. It's clean. It's inexpensive. The staff is nice enough. It's a 2 star hotel so you get what you pay for.

the best stay we have had in Toronto, Parking was safe and room was very clean that had needed appliances, air conditioning and heating was also great. Staff was nice and friendly as well.

The doorhandle broke the first time i opned the door. Instead of giving me another room the staff gave me a masterskey. Felt unsafe for me, and also for the outher residents. Big problem.

1st floor units were very unkept. 2nd floor units were much nicer.

The room was different to what was shown on the website. And the vibe was just off. Also the sheets were either burnt at some places or bitten by mice.

It was perfect!

Check in was very easy and staff were very helpful. Our bed was unfortunately caved in in the middle so it made for a poor sleep but the hotel staff were amazing.

Not what the pictures show. Run down. Stained sheets and bathtub. Sauna didn’t work. Look very grungy

The stay was good but basic essential needs were not available. There was no provision of water available, one needs to buy from their vending machine or bring from outside. Secondly, only one charging port was available to charge one thing at a time which is not feasible if you want to charge multiple devices together. Furthermore, there was no access to online streaming platforms, one have to login their account on their device. So no availability for entertainment. The lights in the room used were deemed and yellow light was fixed, which was leading to eye strain or headache. Bathroom had a constant pungent smell during the entire stay and the cooler available had a very extreme noise which was not helpful during the sleep
