This is exactly what I look for when I’m traveling. This is a building that under any other ownership might be falling apart. It is a little older, but it is extremely well kept and very clean. The staff are super friendly and it remains affordable. There need to be more places like this That keep overnight stays affordable in a well kept and friendly space. We had to run with the hot tub and sauna. It’s the first time I’ve ever had both in the actual room. I highly recommend it.

The room was spacious & clean. The fridge is big, but there is no freezer compartment. The hvac unit is a bit tempermental. I couldnt get it to shut-off overnight. When I tried again later on I realized there is a delay.

Good location and great price. The bed is super comfy! I highly recommend!!

Room smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in there for 24 hours - Asked the front desk to move to a different room they told me there was not a single other room that was available and he handed me an air fresher… Awful.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ONLY HAVE A CANADIAN PASSPORT... They will ask for driver license absolutely wich is crazy cause some peoples do not have driver license or the purple card.... You cant give cash for deposit. You have to use a credit card no prepaid and you will have to wait 5 to 7 opem.bussiness day

Nice, clean room, but a bit run-down (edges of carpet frayed, bath tub patched up...), but worth the price if staying one night.

Nice environment and good customer service

Stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi and sauna in the room, and it was such a fun time! The staff were nice upon check in and out, the bed was super comfortable and massive, and the place was pretty clean. The few downfalls were that tv was crooked, we struggled to lower the heat of the hvac unit, and as bigger people the sauna steps felt a little squeaky lol.

Good for just needing a place to stay for the night. No do not disturb/occupied signs, along with no coffee or tea machines ( not really needed but ) also no second lock on the doors.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient.

The room is old and pretty run down. You can tell they’ve tried to make improvements but…

It was ok, internet code wasn’t provided. There was way too noisy at night - somebody was fighting near our door. No place to park the car near the room door.

No coffee machines in the room or in the lobby. You have to walk to Tim Hortons which is on the other side of the Queensway and it is a fair walk. Not fun on a cold day. The TV is IPTV and too complicated to work for people who don't know how to use it. And there are No instructions anywhere. We couldn't get the tv to work at all. The front desk didn't tell us the wifi password when we were checking in.. We assumed it was in the room. It was not. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for it. Then she gave it to me. On a positive note, the room and bathrooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Except for the flusher everything was good
