The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. For the price, it met my needs completely.

Great room.

Long story short as this won’t let me type everything. We were harassed to check in after telling them a timeline of when we would be there after being told any time after 3 was fine. They charged us the entire stay at check in instead of a deposit and then tried to charge a deposit on top of that. Across the street had a late night car meet where muscle cars and loud mufflers revved up and down the street all night long. Made it very hard to sleep. But the worst part was the bug bites we left with. I don’t believe it was bed bugs. I believe it was midges or chiggers but after 2 nights I woke up with 10 huge welted itchy bites on me. On my hand, arms, neck and face. My travelling companion also found themselves with multiple bites a day later. The welting and itching was so bad we both had to go to the doctors and obtain a steroid to calm the down. Based off this experience I would NOT recommend this facility and would never stay there again.

The room had a very stale and weird smell. The ac in our room was super loud too. No elevator either.

Good value for what I paid for. Beds were clean, no bed bugs and the room was quiet. Would recommend

The staff were great, the room was practical for our needs and where we was visiting, tuis is not a 5* hotel but the price for practicality is spot on. Thanks.

Clean, on a boulevard, friendly service

Great place

An overall great stay! The lady at the front desk was great! We were able to check in a bit early. She helped us with directions and which bus to get on and allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot after checking out so we didn’t have to worry about while at the baseball game.

Cleanliness and staff are amazing. Room is cleaned everyday,beddings towels are replaced .

Have stayed here for the past 4 years when visiting Toronto for a tradeshow. Always clean, always affordable and friendly staff. See you next year!

Clean cozy room. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because our room did not come with a remote for the TV.

I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great to relax at the spa, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. I truly appreciated the views of the mountains from the balcony.
