Room climate is comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff is extremely helpful & polite to make our stay in Montreal a memorable one. Also, the whole day coffee machine made us energetic throughout the day. Thank you very much the staff.

The place in itself is very clean and I would go back anytime. It's well located, near the main bus station and the metro. The staff is pleasat, and I also appreciated the breakfeast. However, as a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel totally safe to walk the neighbourhood at night.

Great location, basic accommodations, AC is an antique pathetic system, included "breakfast" is a joke. Overall good if you set your expectations. Reserving with Expedia was a mistake, won't do that again

Pros: we got a quiet little room facing the back with windows that open. Clean beds and updated bathroom. Plenty of towels. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: although very well stocked the breakfast area was extremely small and crowded.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel had an adequate breakfast and the amenities in the hotel and the rooms were good. The rooms were clean, up to date and a good size. Staff kept the rooms clean every day and replenished supplies often.
