Everything was great, very friendly staff. They don't advertise, but we though the small pool (maybe for kids) was a hot tub. If they had one it would be fantastic. The indoor swimming pool is fine, but not what I was looking for.

The staff was very friendly and even let us charge our phone by using theirs since we didn't bring any, my only complain would be that the room was cold, we found that the problem came from a gap that is located under the desk, there's was a lot of wind coming from the outside, so we had to put a towel to block the wind from coming in.

Pros: Great location, 24 hour coffee and drink machines, water and juice, snack style breakfast included (bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and handheld fruit; apple or orange), beds were decent and clean Con’s: Heat controlled by hotel and by floor (not room controlled), no circulation in room but fan provided however, extremely loud to keep on during night, we were either too hot or too cold, walls are paper thin, could hear other guests above and beside talking and walking, no daily housekeeping, walls and interior doors of room were dirty, elevator was not working during 2 day stay

For what is worth, this place has everything you need and is conveniently located. Breakfast was pretty good as there was a bit of variety. Cleaniness can be improved as the hallway and room smelt funky (probably from the carpet). We had to crack open the window and leave the fan on for air to circulate the room, alleviating the smell. The location is a bit questionable but we still relatively felt safe and it was accessible to restaurants, the metro and bus lines nearby. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a few days.
