I think it’s a new decorated hotel. Staff are warm and friendly. Parking is easy. The only not good thing is Breakfast. Few meals and quantity cause wait at the peak of breakfast.

Where travelling with 2 small dogs placed us in good location for taking them in and out. Floor was laminate so easy clean up of any spills. Breakfast was good and nice big area. Will be back again to this location

My family and I have stayed at Fairfield by Marriott many times in different cities during our travels and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, our recent stay at the Penticton location was terrible and completely unacceptable. The check-in process was significantly slower than at other locations. The most serious issue occurred when I was at the swimming pool. A male guest entered our room using a key card while my daughter and mother were taking a shower. When I returned, my key card no longer worked. My daughter then told me what had happened, and I immediately went to the front desk. We were told that the guest had “taken the wrong key himself.” This explanation is unacceptable. If the front desk did not give him the key to our room, how did he obtain it? This incident left us feeling unsafe and extremely disappointed. We expected much better security and service from Fairfield by Marriott.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. Unfortunately they can't seem to get their billing correct. I'm being over charged at this point with multiple debits and credits on my card.... none of which match any part of their billing. I'm still hopeful they will sort it out but I won't hold my breathe. An otherwise nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Easy parking, convenient location, room is clean and properly maintained

Basic accommodations. Clean rooms. Breakfast was included though the food was depleted by the time we came down to eat.

In the room, the mattress on the bed was in terrible condition, in dire need of replacement. The included breakfast was substandard. Advertised photos showed fruit salad as well as bacon. Neither item was available. The sausages were next to inedible as they appeared to have been boiled but not grilled. For the cost of a two night stay, we were disappointed and not satisfied. We would not recommend this property.

We had a nice stay at the Fairfield Inn. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool facilities were pristine

Nice evening staff and lots of parking. We had a great stay.

The 2 reading lights on the bed were not working. The plug in the bath tub would not stay down, so it made it hard to have a bath. The temperature control knob on the fridge was not there.

Clean room and property. The beds in our room were soft and had no support. We had a terrible nights sleep both nights. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main roads and highway. We could walk to the lakeshore area within 15 minutes, which was great. Breakfast was okay but not great. You can’t expect much given the mass feeding situation. The exercise room was adequate and we did one workout during our two night stay. Due to the soft bed, we would not stay here again.

Stopped here 3 times would not stop anywhere else when in Penticton.
