Very clean hotel and nice staff

Breakfast was ok. The eating area had ants all over the floor.

I've stayed here twice in the last year while in town for work. Each stay has been excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. All one could ask for after a long day working. The breakfast is also excellent, with a selection of hot and cold dishes. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We were greated by friendly front desk lady. Check in went quick. Room was clean Breakfast in the morning was good.

Next level, clean, stylish rooms. Pool, hot tub, fitness center amazing. Location couldn't be better. Bonus was the buffet breakfast. Love that the room had an iron!! Thanks to staff at front end, the maintenance dude i chatted with and the room cleaner. Great work all!!!

I think our experience was different than most people’s. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds as my friend and I were coming for a concert and when we arrived at our room, it was a king suite so I had to go down and change it. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to enjoy that she had to do this, but was kind enough. She might’ve also been mildly overwhelmed because there were kids grabbing snacks out of the fridge to the right and just charging them to their room so she couldn’t really focus on one task at a time. There was also a hockey tournament so lots of kids running around in the hallways morning, day and evenings. Further it was difficult to enjoy breakfast due to the crowded dining area and lack of parental supervision over their children at the usage of the buffet area. Then when we went to enjoy breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, it was limited as compared to Saturday and Sunday, so that was disappointing. As well the TV in our room didn’t work, we called down and they sent a maintenance worker up to try to fix it, but it was unable to be fixed and he said it was a common issue that they experience and that he was sorry. The room was clean, amenities fine, beds comfortable. We just had less than normal experience due to a combination of factors. Overall it’s not a $170 a night hotel, and I’d probably stay somewhere else if I were to go to Penticton again it’s small enough to get around on foot or take an Uber if you have to.

our reservation from for a different day.we made a mistake on the computor but they would not change the day. we had already paid for the room. being in our seventy doing things on line is hard.

Spotless room. Clean and tidy breakfast room and sitting area. Kind, welcoming and friendly staff. We will definitely book here in the future.

Staff was courteous, breakfast was good, rooms clean; however, had to switch rooms as the first had a smell similar to propane. Receptionist was quick to help us change rooms.
