Clean room nice staff, decent breakfast, parking a little tight in the back… wifi could use a major bump in speed as it wasn’t enough to make video calls for work and or even play a few games…

Breakfast was excellent! Coffee was great! Gluten free options available. Ice water available in the lobby. Nice touch!

Breakfast was good and nice staff

Great location, as it's close to the Events Centre and Arena, the Casino, and a couple of blocks from Lake Okanagan's waterfront on the north end of Penticton.

Very new property that is clean, well maintained and the staff is excellent.

The staff was incredibly helpful during what was a very stressful time. The location was perfect for us as well. Easy to navigate to the hospital but also a nice easy walk to the beach.

My family and I had a great stay, even though it was just for one night. We would definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Penticton. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great as well.

Very close to the thing we needed

I had a three day stay, but never once did housekeeping come in to attend to my room, so I ran out of coffee and toilet paper. These are basics you would think any decent hotel would offer.

Breakfast eggs and sausage were yucky .. everything else ok
