There was a hockey team on my floor. The kids and parents were playing hockey in the hall, hitting my door multiple times and screaming. I had to call the front desk 3 times to have security come up and tell them to stop. It took them over an hour to stop them and was almost 10PM when it stopped. Happened both nights. Staff told me to be patient.

Nice room, great food and service in the restaurant

Check in was great. Cleanliness was great. The room was great. The bathroom…meh. Shower doors were difficult & Building C has a real problem with the hot water. We’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s been fantastic. Hopefully this was a one off. For $300 a night in London ON we expect it to be pretty much perfect.

The room Was clean roomy and comfortable- check in was quick the staff were super! I felt bad they had to work NYE- but they were gracious and lovely

The room and premises in general were well kept. The pool was nice but maybe due for some minor maintenance. Had a very restful sleep. Pillows were great, with no obvious odours and just the right firmness. The towels were fresh and the shower gel, shampoo, etc., had a nice refreshing fragrance. Three things I did not like: 1) The night we checked in the kitchen was closed for the holidays. No room service available. 2) The next morning, breakfast was not available either - if I remember correctly. 3) The complimentary cups in the room did not include microwavable ones.

The room and hotel was clean and looked amazing. Great amenities too.

Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast buffet. The buffet was one of the best Canadian hotel buffets I have had. I definitely recommend paying the extra fee for the buffet, although you may have to email confirmation of paying for the breakfast at check in when booking through a third party (a little bit of an inconvenience). I didn't even notice / hear the hockey team staying at the hotel. The restaurant/bar is separated from the rooms and helps with any noise.
