Good quality beds and quality linens. Have stayed here many times for tournaments always my go to. A little pricey.

Rooms: Our room with one king bed and a sofa was super nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable! While the room was newly renovated, there were a couple of minor issues, like the pullout couch mattress not having a cover and a piece hanging down in the bathroom. Addressing these small details would make the rooms truly perfect. Safety: The hotel felt very safe during my stay. I observed that the premises were kept very clean, which contributed to a secure and pleasant atmosphere. Walkability: While I didn't experience the pool area, I can confirm that the hotel is equipped with helpful elevators, making it easy to navigate the different floors. Food & drinks: The buffet here is fantastic, easily one of the best I've had! For $19.50, you get unlimited access to delicious food and juices, making it a great value. However, be aware that while the menu advertises fruit smoothies as included, they are not. I was charged for mine even after pointing this out, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that menu discrepancy, the food quality is restaurant-level and truly excellent. Noteworthy details: Overall an amazing stay! The room itself was lovely and comfortable. While I didn't get to try the pool or see the gym, the main things that prevented a perfect score were a few minor room details (pullout couch mattress cover, bathroom fixture) and the exterior, which could really use a renovation. Despite these points, everything else was fantastic!

The room was amazing, I loved the king suite. The pool was very nice however it could have used a little scrub along the rim of the pool and the chlorine seemed quite high. The staff were incredibly helpful, the coffee machine could use an upgrade. The stay was incredible.

I stayed at the Ramada the night before. I had two lights that wouldn't work, the remote had the batteries in backwards so i had to fix that and a toilet that leaked water on the floor. Then I went to four points and it was like entering a new room. It was clean, the carpet looked new. I had the fitness room to myself each time I exercised, which was nice. I didn't visit the pool so I do not have any thoughts on that. It was a great experience. I will definitely stay there again. Also I was able to park right outside my room.

Had a great stay. The only issue we had was with road construction around the hotel which obviously the hotel has no control over.

Beautiful property and the room was wonderful. The only thing I regret was that I was only there for the evening and didn't have time to utilize the amenities.

A wonderful place to stay. The staff welcomed us like family. Unfortunately we arrived late on a Sunday evening do meal choices were limited, but we were steps away from a Keg restaurant, where we were greeted warmly. A great experience, wish we could have stayed longer.

My bill vs what I was expecting from their emails was way off. #1 bad exchange rate, CAD to US. #2 Invoice did NOT match my credit card statement. We will be avoiding Sheraton hotels in our future travels for this reason. The actual hotel was great for our cousin reunion.

Lovely breakfast, clean rooms. Didn't interact with staff very much. Parking was very busy but easy enough.

The hotel room was an astoundingly LONG walk from the only set of elevators at the lobby. I was not directed to a separate entry door with my luggage, nor was there a closer elevator available. I have never encountered such a long, convoluted route from a hotel lobby to a room before.

Everything about our stay was excellent! We were in town for a paintball tournament and picked this hotel. We booked a suite in the 2nd floor. Check in was a breeze. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our room was immaculate! 2 comfortable and clean beds and a pull out couch with clean linens. Nice coffee maker in the room and a large bar fridge too. 2 TVs, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the livingroom area. Bathroom was super clean with nice soaps and showering products. My kids went for a swim and said the pool was nicely heated and very clean. Our sleep was very comfortable and all night it was nice a quiet in the halls. We left quite early, but the coffee machine in the lobby was a great way to get a nice coffee or fancy hot drink. The property grounds were nicely maintained too, very clean outdoors and lots of parking. We will definitely book this hotel again!!

Restaurant is great.. check in and check out were very quick and easy Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Having a full service restaurant in house was a big plus as other surrounding hotels did not.

The television in my first room didn’t work. The television in the second room worked, but the guide to the stations did not work.
