Staff was great and room was clean. The hotel was noisy on the floor I stayed on. Other than that this hotel was in a safe and conveient location.

Pool did not work the whole time we were there.

Your hotel is Saskatoon Saskatchewan is absolutely disgusting. Our bed was broken. Sunflower seeds in mattress. Thermostat was broken. No heat and it's -20 here. Was charged $10 for an extra person when room was for 4 and we had 4 ppl. 2 kids 2 adults. Hot tub in pool was broken. Said there was nothing they can do because we booked through expedia.

Staff and room was good but bathroom needs some touch ups.

First, please know we really like the location, rooms are nice and clean and staff were nice enough. Due to work, we stayed twice this summer but won't be back. Noise was a huge issue both times. While we realize many guests were from evacuated areas due to the wildfires that shouldn't be the reason for the loud partying to be spilling into the hallways until 2am. Front desk was sympathetic but nothing they could do? There is no security to call?!

Great stay

We needed a last minute room due to weather. Check-in was uneventful. Room was adequate. Bed was comfy. Bathroom clean. Limited amount of towels. Super noisy, kids running up and down the hallways, making lots of noise till late in the evening. Even though we were on the top floor, sounded like stomping above us!! The dining room was closed except for takeout when we checked in. I I thought the dining room was always takeout, to my surprise breakfast was being served in the morning but we didn’t go down in time since we thought it was takeout only. Parking in front of the hotel was available. Overall was an ok short stay.

Hot water took a very long time to come. Bed was too firm. The room aesthetics were bland and boring. TV was small.

The room was very clean!!! The staff were polite and courteous. Restaurants were in the hotel and convenient for dining.

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head and sleep this hotel will match that criteria. If you’re looking for a hotel with a pool I would strongly reccomend going else where. Immediately walking into the pool there’s an intense smell of urine. The pool and hot tub are both stained yellow and not in good shape. The ultimate down side. The waterslide only runs Wed,Thurs, Fri evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday. Which was a huuuge disappointment for my daughter who was wanting to slide during the day during the pool hours of 9am-9pm the pool also left us with irritation to our skin!

Dirty, broken and run down. The only nice thing about the stay was they refunded me for two out of the three night I was staying so I could book somewhere else.

Great value for money!
