Large rooms. Comfortable beds

Room was clean. A bit rough around the edges. Staff was good. The guests were a bit rough.

Hotel is easy to find and located near major stores and restaurants but in a quieter area of the city.

The staff was good and accommodating, but the hotel it’s self hasn’t been kept up it is not clean carpet in the hallways is coming up, our room needed a lot of work to make it acceptable cracked tiles in the bathroom, a hole in the wall the was patched with a piece of wallpaper that was falling off, black hair on the sheets that looked like it was from an animal. Over all we were not impressed and will never be staying here again.

Check in was very quick

Run down, crappy beds. Very expensive

Room requires upgrades and improvements. Numerous people loitering in lobby and parking lot. Garbage in parking lot.

Well. Starters went to Cadillacs the lounge. Waited 25 minutes to get served. Drinks that came unacceptable. I paid we went to the restaurant. Waited there. Meal came over cooked. Cutlet. After I started eating no one came back to ask. Told the server. When I paid. She Didn’t seem to care. Area was dirty. Outside noise was a bit much.

Everything was great except the kids running around and someone pulled the fire alarm. I believe there was a children’s hockey team also staying.

The room was very outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Lots of parking available. Room set up was weird (fridge facing the door, not with the table or near beds). There were a dozen kids running and screaming for 2 hours (not the hotel’s fault and they did try to deal with it)…more a comment on the parents of those kids. Staff were great and helpful. Safe neighborhood, close to a ton of stores and restaurants. Overall a great stay!

Very friendly staff. Property is starting to get a little run down but was fine.

Booked because it was in stonebridge so I expected higher quality. The room was dirty, it was very noisy in the hotel, with people in the hallways all night and children running around. The fridge in the room made an awful noise on and off all night long. The walls in the room were poorly patched up from previous incidents and the whole hotel clearly needs some attention and deep cleaning. The room and rest of the hotel had a weird smell. The staff seem unbothered by the chaos. The one positive was that the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Nice big rooms with soft beds. Kids loved the pool. Lots around for restaurants.

Room was not very clean and the cleaning staff left garbage behind and did not fill the coffee and condiments. Soap dispenser empty in the shower

Elevator carpet very worn and dirty Finding tv channels was a challenge. Stay was ok but wouldn’t recommend

The room was never cleaned for 5 days we been there, kept running out of towels and tissue. The beds are horrible and very sqeaky. I forgot my wallet in the room and the lady couldn’t give me a key to the room, and no smiles from staff at all. If NIHB weren’t covering the rooms they would be out of business in no time

Helpful staff, clean rooms, fair price, outside front doors littered with cigarette buts - yuck!! Wish there was a continental real fast however the restaurant real fast was delicious.
