The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom line.

We got the king suite, which had a king bed and a hide-a-bed. When we arrived to the room, it was very very hot and stuffy inside. There was no bedding for the hide-a-bed anywhere in the suite. The air con was broken and only blew warm air. Maintenance was called and they sent a person who was not qualified. Bedding was finally found 30 mins later and it took the person 10 mins to make up the bed. We spent the first night in the suite for a 3 night stay and roasted. The windows don't open due to being on 5th floor and near the airport. They gave us breakfast vouchers for the next day. They said they would get the air con fixed. Hours later the hotel called me and said they were going to move us to a reg room with 2 queen bed. I said this was unacceptable as there were 3 of us staying and we wanted the separation. I requested a discounted rate as we had a fan now for the suite. They called me back and said a discount was not available and gave us vouchers for breakfast for the next 2 days... one of which we were unable to use and gave back. The pool being open 24 hours was a redeeming quality, which we enjoyed very much. The restaurant was good, but limited selection. The food was delicious that was prepared. All and all, I have a 4 star rating because It was clean and the pool was great.

Breakfast was good. Check in was smooth but toilet was broken even after maintenance came in. We still had to manage it overnight and an alarm/ buzzer started going off at 4:30 a.m. and went off until 6:00 in the 5th floor that kept my senior mother awake, When we spoke to the front desk about these issues, nothing was done

The hotel was close to airport. We did a quick overnight. Bed was comfortable. There was a free shuttle to airport in the morning, which was great.

Clean, fresh good service at the restaurant, quiet and close to airport.

The check-in staff were extremely courteous and very friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The rooms were nice, the mattresses were not particularly comfortable, and the pillows were frankly uncomfortable. This is a for free hotel, meaning everything costs with little included. It would be nice to at least offer a coffee bar to the hotel guests with decent creamers. To be fair, you do have a small Nespresso machine in your room. Plenty of parking. What I stay again?, Probably.

We stayed there for our flight to Mexico. They were friendly and great service

We booked this hotel to help our daughter take a trip. sShe had to fly in the middle of the night so we were very pleased that there was a 24-hour pool a restaurant and that it was so close to the airport. Rooms were very nice . They even gave us a connecting room when we arrived as our daughter and her friend were staying in one and we were in the other. The food at the restaurant was good with good service. They also have a lounge that looked quite nice that serves the same food as the restaurant. It was really nice having a restaurant in the hotel as we had such awkward times for sleeping due to our daughter's flight time. As a bonus our hotel room faced the runway from the airport so we could watch our daughter's flight take off. Would definitely stay there again as the quality and price tied in with the location where a perfect match for us.

Stayed here 1 night before an early flight and everything was great.
