Perfect and clean pleace

Stayed in the hotel part..everything is good. Big clean modern room with efficient heater/ air conditioner. Only negative is view from window overlooks a warehouse..Didnt bother me.

Nice place and the Microbrewery is excellent

I always sleep here when we visit my mother in law for Christmas. I think ive slept here 3 differents years. Super clean room and hotel. Extremely quiet! For me the bed is quite hard but its not uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

I was surprised how nice Hotel 1212. The property is very clean, staff was great. The restaurant is nice, easy access off and on the highway with a grocery store across the street. All that and a great price!

Stay here to snowmobile for a few days. Very nice place with large rooms and a great parking lot for your snowmobile and right next to the trail.

The room was ok and the bed and comfortable but the air conditioner was noisy and didn't get much sleep. No free breakfast and pricy to buy for a simple breakfast.

My room was immaculately clean and smelled very good. The room was also very large with lots of space to move around. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed.

We stayed there on July 12. The power went out at 4AM in the morning leading to no hot water in the bathroom and loud noises from our floor and other rooms because everyone was up. Such big building and establishment but could't have a backup generator to make sure people staying at the hotel don't suffer. You can't watch tv, use wifi or make coffee in electrical coffee machine due to no power. People were so angry, leaving premises but no one at front desk cared. When I called hotel back to talk to manager for reporting the issue, it was hard to get in touch with. on top of everything, they charged us extra for one night saying the prices have changed since you booked compared to today and we paid $250 just for a night stay which basically was 12AM midnight till 5AM in the morning due to whole mess. Very frustrating experience with no one being accountable for poor services at the hotel.

There is a motel and a 3 story hotel. I stayed in the hotel three nights for a bike riding trip. Rail-to-trail runs right behind property. Has an elevator. Restaurant attached. King room very large; kept bike in room. Good shower water pressure and sufficient hot water. Women at front desk very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
