Great service from hotel front desk staff

Hotel is situated in the downtown area. Nice surrounding and comfortable rooms. Good services and nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Really well situated just a few blocks from Roger’s Centre. Lots of amazing restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel is really clean and all staff we encountered were helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great hotel in a great location! A couple of annoying things that I can get over but worth calling out if the hotel really wants to blow customers away: 1. Hotel staff taking breaks at elevators in lounge chairs. Three times during my stay there were hotel staff sitting in the chairs outside the elevators scrolling on their phones with their housekeeping carts almost blocking the hallway. It doesn't really bother me but something I would expect to see at a more budget hotel. 2. Showers. I don't know why hotels thinking adding rain shower heads or handheld wands are both desireable and useful. Most people struggle to figure out how to operate these. Most women also don't wash their hair daily and it's difficult to not get your hair wet if you have either a rainshower or if you have a handheld wand spraying directly at your face. I loved the gym, pool and sauna and will definitely stay again - but do hope I get a room with a different shower! Also love the Nespresso machine!

Let’s just say this is my 3rd review. I hate reviewing. Best hotel in Vancouver. Period. Location, hotel design and in room amenities, very helpful staff and a great breakfast at Capsicum cafe.

The hotel was wonderful with lots of nice touches (blooming orchids in the lobbies, tasty apples at the front desk) everywhere. The room was clean and the scent diffuser that we ordered gave it a calming ambiance. Highly recommended!

Breakfast menu was wonderful. Room attendant Baylin*sp was friendly and helpful.

Clean room and common areas. Pool and hot tub area were nice. Only complaint was the room was low and faced the alley making the stay quite noisy and the heating/ac unit was quite loud as well. Location is good for walking. If staying I'd recommend calling in advance and asking about room locations as most seemed low and facing alley and the residence section faces the street.

Stayed at this hotel in the heart of Vancouver and was really impressed. The entire place was spotless from our room to the pool, sauna, and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Even better, the room was surprisingly quiet considering the central downtown location. I slept great with zero street noise. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a clean, peaceful base in the city.

Very good customer service and comfortable , clean room ( junior suite). Breakfast is limited in choices, but tasteful and served with a smile by attentive staff.

Great room

Wonderful oasis located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Our first choice when planning a visit. It did not disappoint. Room was clean, bed was super comfy, the staff were friendly and professional. Parking was easy. Just a fabulous hotel. We will be back.

My room was great! Lots of space. I had a deck and a loft bedroom. I would definitely go back
