Rooms were clean, location was perfect. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast place across the road and a nice little cafe in the courtyard if you want to eat on the go!
Pool and athletic club was also a nice bonus!

The location is conveniently in the Victoria inner harbor and you can walk easily to shopping and coffee. We really made use of the gym and we ate at the hotel restaurant Fathom and highly recommend the breakfasts.

Was a great week at the hotel super friendly and helpful staff, lobby would get busy some times due to a gingerbread display for Christmas but ultimately a great experience!
Valet parking staff was amazing as well

Staff was very rude and inconsiderate. I understand they were busy but as a Marriot Bonvoy member I have never experienced worse staffing issues. The restaurant Fathom has a manager who was very rude. Do not recommend this hotel, Marriot is the best.

Room needed a better clean. Webs and dust on the ceiling. Towels were scratchy, very uncomfortable. Dine in service was great but the food was drench in seed oils making us sick. Too busy in the lobby and pool, though time of year expected. Hot tub was not working. Overall wouldn't stay there again.

Would be a better experience if the low water pressure for the shower is adjusted.
Annoying smoke detector directly in my eyesight above the bed flashing red and green throughout the night. Bad for those who sleep on their back! Also woke up to back pain because the bed is too firm.
Lastly a woman enters our room before checking out with a room card when I wasn’t dressed and had the privacy indicator lite ON.
Mentioned to the desk before checking out and they said they will investigate.
