expired shower gel and shampoo, lots of dirt on pillow, very old electronics, light bulb fall off when switching…

We need pay parking fees and expensive $30 /day

After many pleasurable stays here, our latest was marred by the fact that we a- were not told of size restrictions for parking on site b- were offered zero assistance in finding an alternative to this obviously stressful reality, simply told to move our truck from the valet site and sent out into the city to fend for ourselves. On Xmas. During a storm. Needless to say it ruined Xmas night, and our truck was ultimately broken into and vandalized as a result. Seems logical to predict that guests may travel in pickups during winter, and having a plan to assist with safe offsite parking should be part of the service.

Great customer service at front desk and loved the Greek restaurant as well.

So clean, I really liked the hotel, it was very comfortable and spacious. We got a suite and the kitchen was very clean. If you want to cook, there are utensils available. I really liked it and will stay there again.

Everyone was nice and the rooms were clean. We could walk directly to Mount Royal and to the city.

The staff members are excellent. The few issues we encountered were resolved efficiently. They are very pleasant and professional.

All of the above. Buffet breakfast was great, entire staff was friendly, professional, clean room but slippers would have been great as floor is carpeted. Amenities were wonderful.

Arianne, the waitress, at the breakfast buffet was great even though she was alone. No one to help her. She kept apologizing for her service. We told her not to apologize, it was out of her control. So we said Thanks for the great service and gave her a nice tip.

Room was ok. Tub drain clogged. They try to charge $3 for a coffee pod in the room, which is tacky for a room at that price. Short on plugs. TVs are old. We paid for 4 people and they refused to give quilts for the people sleeping on the pullout sofa. Location good. Staff friendly. .

We stay often at this hotel and always have an excellent experience. The on site parking is a nice plus.

Nice clean well furnished room comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff. Perfect base for exploring city. This hotel is older but well kept and updated. Would stay here again.

Quiet, really liked the kitchen, staff succeeded in getting me a humidifier. Room was not that clean, hairs in bathroom upon arrival and only 1 day of 3 had a full cleaning.Also, Le Mezz restaurant for dinner was mediocre and host/waitress was snotty.

Room was well equipped with a mini kitchen, have everything we need. Comfortable stay and near to subway.

Room was amazing and the staff were so kind and welcoming. We will definitely visit again.
