The bed was very uncomfortable. No fan in the washroom.

Amazing service from the moment we pulled in! Will definitely stay here when I come back!

Staff were all so great and it was very central to all things Montreal!

The hotel is in dire need of updating. The rooms have old, worn out carpet and the bathrooms need to be gutted and updated. The staff were nice and helpful.

A whole bunch of teenagers next room were super noisy even at 3 am, which totally ruined my trip. The reception informed them after we called during midnigt, however didn't eventually work out. Very dissappointed.

This property is close to anything you would like to do in Montreal. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place

We loved our stay here (5 nights). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was $35 per night, the valet parked for us upon arrival but after that you need to go down to the parking garage to get, and then return your car and the valet just parks for you.

I liked the valet parking onsite. The valets were very helpful. The checkin staff were friendly. The onsite restaurant staff were friendly. Overall our stay was enjoyable. Everyone played a roll in helping this happen.

It’s an older hotel, but in a great location. However, our room was next to the elevator, so I could hear it squeaking all night.

We are truly heartbroken on how unfriendly, disconnected, and unempathetic the staff has been. We booked a vacation for our family of 5 to explore a city that we researched together and learned the language of. Incredibly unexpectedly my mother in law needed heart surgery. We called the hotel after settling the details of what she needed and they didn’t miss a breath in saying we would loose all of our money for the hotel. Full discretion- we did not get insurance or a refundable rate because this incident was beyond our conception. The hotel staff quickly dismissed me, and refused to talk further about the situation. I reached out to Expedia who was kind and compassionate for our situation. They took thorough time trying to argue with the hotel on our behalf and they would not budge. Human compassion is important, more so than an overpriced hotel making extra money. I would not recommend anyone stay at a hotel where the consideration for daily needs will not be met.

The property was very nice and convinient for a quick stay around downtown Montreal

The kitchen in the studio was in a closet like area, it was awesome! Will definitely be back, I like this place a lot
