It was a great place to stay close to everything in town. Awesome view of the Chief! Had dinner in the brewery on Trivia Night and had a great time playing. Super chill and fun. I’d totally stay there again.

The room was quiet and nice to have an elevator to 2nd floor. Great staff and good food and service in the pub. The breakfast was mainly sweet treats but coffee in the room. They only have on street parking but we found a spot without trouble

The included breakfast was lame. Some boxes of cereal, bagels with no cream cheese, fruit packs, a few donuts and cookies, and that was about it. There was no hot food, no protein. It was definitely not the ideal way to start an energetic day.
The rooms don't have microwaves so instead there is a shared microwave outside of room 1. It sometimes gets used a lot and the unpredictable beeps are clearly audible from inside room 1.
There is a sauna but it is usually off which means if you want to use it you need to plan at least an hour (and probably longer) in advance.
The rooms were fine.

Rooms were expensive but were nice and clean / no issues.
Very poor breakfast , no proteins or local fresh baking and all packaged goods and no coffee at breakfast. Also poor parking for staying overnite, we had our car towed away Monday morning. Parked 4.5m from from fire hydrant as couldn’t get 5m due to truck poorly parked next to us.parked in exact same spot Sunday night. I guess no bylaw officer works weekends.

Room was comfortable and clean. Cold continental breakfast was decent. Pub service was slow despite only a few tables, but food was decent. Check in was easy and staff was friendly and accommodating (we checked in early and room happened to be ready, which was a bonus) throughout the check in process. Check out was easy. Desk staff was initially friendly and polite, then commented on the site we made our reservations on and immediately became more reserved. Overall, our stay was excellent. But the interaction with that one person at check out left a bitter parting memory to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Had a nice stay at the Howe Sound Brewery and Inn. Lovely place with good accommodations, nice amenities like the sauna, a free continental breakfast, and the brewery right downstairs. The location is great too, close to other restaurants and a short drive away from The Stawamus Chief.
