The staff was beyond expectations. The room was nice but the bathroom was spectacular. Hotel decor was modern and comfortable . Great view of the harbour. Beautiful part of town.

The property was very clean and great location. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant & also the gym in the morning. We had great view of the bay & sunrise. Would highly recommend it.

Exceptional staff at the desk when I checked in and out. Rooms clean and modern. Only one small issue, the coffee cups provided in-room for the Keurg machine are too small; they over-
fill even on the lowest setting

The hotel was pretty nice. Having the restaurant on site was a plus since we arrived late. The room and bathroom were all clean and neat. It’s in the middle of town so there is a lot close by. The only down side was no elevator on site. Luckily we only had to go down one set of stairs. We aren’t spring chickens anymore and when you’re traveling for a long period of time it makes the suitcase a little heavier.

I did not like their holding a $200 deposit on my credit card that is not released until the room is cleaned. So now i have to check later on and make sure it has been released. I don’t like being lumped in with distrusted travelers. I am 70 yrs old and I am not about to streal a towel or trash the TV. It’s unfair to treat every traveler like a criminal before a small percentage are.
