Limited access to the pool is a big turn down...

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time; there was dust on the floor and in the water glasses. Also, verbal confirmations from hotel staff are not reliable. Always make sure to write down any confirmations and have them sign them. Otherwise, things will definitely change. Remember this.

They don’t have elelvators

A very nice hotel. Check in was easy. The dining room staff were really friendly and made a great effort to serve us in English for my wife's sake although I can speak French. A pleasant stay

We requested and paid for a bay view hotel room and got a room with partial bay view, but the view out the hotel room window was where the garbage was stored so we saw the big bins. The weather was too hot and I appreciate the air conditioning. We tried going to the swimming pool to check it out, and the hotel staff was helpful and led the way because it was all the way down (lots of stairs), but the hotel room card would not let us out after we saw the pool and discovered where it was located. Good thing there were other hotel guests with a key to open the swimming pool door to let us out. Since it was a big hassle to get out, we did not go back and use the hotel swimming pool nor the hot tub. It was unfortunate as they looked relaxing, but we didn’t know if there would be other hotel guests to let us out a second time. The bedroom besides the partial bay view was acceptable, but there were no elevators and my elderly mother was walking with a cane. Good thing it was a few steps up and down the stairs from the reception to the hotel room.

L'hôtel est très bien. Piscine, cinéma, laverie. Chambre en revanche un peu sombre et il manque un micro-onde pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Perfect stop in the middle of a hiking-heavy vacation. Pool w/ hot tub, laundry, a good night's sleep, a good meal & we're ready for the next week's adventures.
