I booked a room with a view. Thanks to new construction, there is only a view of a roof. The staff was unable/unwilling to switch my room.

The adjoining room door should have soundproofing somehow.. the adjoining room had a get together and just the group talking and laughing was so loud that I needed to put TV Volume around 55 to not hear them… trying to get to sleep after a 12 hr day and was NOT able. I am usually satisfied but this noise made my stay unbearable. I almost went to front desk to ask for another room but did not. SUPER CLEAN.

Quiet room, nice lake view, friendly staff and enough parkings

Very nice property. But, at this time there is Construction in front of the hotel.

Clean, comfortable room. No elevator despite there being multiple floors. The staff was friendly and professional and spoke both English and French with ease. Breakfast was skipped because of the high prices on the menu. An affordable (or included) breakfast would have been welcomed. Lovely water-view room. Stayed one night while traveling through Gaspe.

Overall experience was great. Restaurant food was amazing and staff waited for us to finish as we were last to leave

In late September/early October, my wife and I spent two weeks in the St.Lawrence/Gaspe' area. We spent two nights in Gaspe' exploring Forillon and nearby sites. The hotel was ideally located. The room as quite spacious and quiet. The season was winding down, so I can't speak to how things might be in the busy season. We ate breakfast and dinner mostly in the hotel's restaurant. It was pretty busy during dinner. It has a sports bar feel then with locals seeming to make up most of the clientele. Staff were pretty busy but always courteous and attentive. It was helpful to have the on-site parking because there didn't seem to be many other alternatives.

Would never stay here again. Our room was not ready at checking, had to wait an hour. Hotel said it was pet friendly. They charged us an extra fee for dog per night. The fee was more than the room so ended up being more than double what the booking price said. Ridiculous!

the rooms and bathrooms were updated with new fixtures. However, the bathroom door was worn out and needs to be replaced. Overall, the stay and food at Tetu restaurant was excellent and will stay here again in the future.

Hotel room had bad odour, was in need of a good carpet clean, the door into bathroom was in bad shape. Seems a bit neglected. Couldn’t recommend to family or friends.
