Excelente vista y acabados, la suite cuenta con todo lo necesario para estancias largas y es muy comoda y aclimatada para no pasar frio.

Needs some RLC. Can tell this is a rental/investment property. Needs a good clean, a paint job and maybe a few items here and there for convince but this could be sooo much better. Area is perfect.

I couldn’t get a room

Convenient location and on the PATH. The place needs a bunch of TLC. Lamps need lightbulbs to work. The sofa is awful as the springs are gone. If you plan on spending time in the condo, I wouldn't stay here again. If you are a bunch of guys coming in for a game/weekend, it is fine.

So close to the Roger’s centre for Taylor so can’t complain much. Some things were broke or just didn’t seem well thought out and our bed didn’t have a sheet so we put one on

It was for one night but it was worth what I paid for the room. Wish I was there longer though.

This is not a hotel like I initially thought it was but it was still a good spot. Although check in was supposed to be 4pm we did not meet with the agent until 4:30pm.

The unit we rented had a HUGE balcony that we weren’t expecting, was clean enough for us. There was a broken closet door and some minor cosmetic damage but nothing that interrupted our stay. Close to everything!! Shopping, Roger’s and Scotiabank Centre, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and many restaurants and a grocery store. Check in information didn’t come until 12 hours before arrival and then just a few hours before arriving. Which was stressful to me - but it all went smoothly!

I had the most wonderful view of the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. I absolutely adored my journey at the Ice Suites and will absolutely come back and stay here again. Great place.

Would stay again

Sensé être pour 3 personnes mais seulement 1 lit double et un sofa (pas un divan-lit). La salle de bain était pleine de moisissures et le rideau de douche était vraiment sale. Hors de prix pour la qualité. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

We paid but did not end up staying. I was trying to get a hold of this venue for WEEKS to confirm a simple request and they were impossible to get in touch with. Emails, calls, messages on hotels.com- all unanswered. Magically, the day we were supposed to check in-they answered my message on hotels.com in an instant. I booked an alternate hotel because I wasn’t even sure this place existed and I had two minors I was traveling with from another country and couldn’t risk being stranded. Absolutely terrible customer service. Hotels.com tried but honestly left a lot to be desired. I think this property should be removed from the site. Would also love my money back.

Great but expensive

Received multiple spam emails asking to meet at other location for checkin. Also for private info. Also a man came to my door asking for my info saying he was maintenance. When I wouldn’t give him my info he wouldn’t leave the hall and kept saying he was supposed to be there and I wasn’t supposed to be in the room etc. He kept saying open the door and I refused. Allegedly he said they had moved my room in system and didn’t tell him. So he finally left the hall but it was very uneasy feeling.

Propre

There is no parking. the washroom sink in Room 4806 is not working.when I reached out to the property contact through WhatsApp there was no substantial support provided so the sink remained in the same condition throughout the stay Wifi information was not presented.

I enjoyed my stay. Some issues with tv on first night, no cable. Moved at 8 pm to unit with cable. Next day technician had to reconnect tv to internet. I’m a senior and found the shower a bit unsafe since no tails in tub & no grips on floor. Otherwise a good unit. Would book again but would want to ensure cable tv is working.
