The room that I booked on Expedia look a lot nicer than the room that I stayed in, due to the fact that there is another (older building) with out of date rooms that were completely different from the pictures. Secondly the couch was stained and was a joint room with little sound insulaion. The city view was just a couple of dumpsters and a gas station. Be sure to book a room in the "blues" section and not the "rhythm". Fair to say I won't be staying unless in dire need of a room. The only positive was the staff whom were very helpful.

Fantastic hotel and the soundhouse is top shelf

Rooms were big. The area was great. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. Staff were friendly and very helpful when our flight was delayed.

Staff were amazing

We had a lovely stay at Jag. We were in a harbour view room in the Rhythm building, the older section of the hotel. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom was quite large but the shower was disappointing, very little water pressure. The only other complaint about the room, and at no fault of the hotel, is that it looks out on the Oceanex container area therefore the work started at 6am, a lot of beeping from the vehicles backing up. Just be aware for any rooms that are harbour facing this would be an issue. We h Went to Mojos for a drink, an absolutely beautiful venue! Lots of cozy seating overlooking a wonderful view. We had breakfast at Exile and as always that was great. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay while in St. John’s

The room was spotless and the staff were great. Beautiful hotel.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the restaurants and pool were great. The hotel is like a music museum, so many places to sit and relax to enjoy the music and decor.

There was a big dirty/rusty spot in the bathtub making it not usable.

For the price, the quality didn’t match. Toilet and TV not working well. Staining in shower. Thin blanket on bed.
