The service was amazing! Hotel was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The pool area and hot tub was amazing, we were there for hours. We dined at both restaurants, food and service was really good. We were stuck due to snow storm after checking out and staff let us use the amenities while we waited for the storm to pass, we appreciated it so much. We will return!

The entire property was very clean and welcoming. The lounge with the live band was really nice. We didn't have to go out if we wanted music and a couple of drinks.

The hotel was great, staff was amazing. Paul especially helpful and went above and beyond to make right what Expedia had done to us. Exodus decieved us and we got a terrible room. But the Jag personally made up for it. I will not use Expedia to book a hotel again.

The Jack is divided into two sections now and we stayed in the rhythm section… Which seems to be significantly downgraded since the new section came on… There is no clear delineation or ability to request the newer section versus the old… It was poorly late and lacked a lot of amenities, simple amenities you would expect in a hotel, no cable no Netflix even the ability to sign in. It felt spares and desolate like it was forgotten… The pool on the newer side is amazing. Probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in. However, the jag is truly meant for adults only which is Anish… Two restaurants on site, which is awesome and a great venue. However, the rooms on the rhythm side are definitely not as vibrant and hip as they were… We also booked for two queen beds and I’m pretty certain we had two doubles.

Parking. The hotel was great but we had to park a 15 minute walk away in the dead of winter. It would also be nice to know theres no parking prior to showing up and circling the block for an hour.

Cool concept but quite difficult to get your suitcases across the hotel if you’re located in its second wing. Restaurant was mediocre and I remember the staff having an attitude.

Amazing room, amazing view, amazing service!

Clean, spacious and uniquely decorated rooms. Great sound proofing barely heard a thing! Food and drinks on site next level as well. 10/10 will be back

I’m giving this stay a 3 out of 5. The building itself is absolutely beautiful with a lovely vibe and atmosphere — it’s a great spot aesthetically. We had originally booked a room in the new part of the JAG, but when we checked in, we were told we were in the Rhythm building instead. The room was noticeably different from what we had booked and from the photos online. It felt like our room may have been switched without us being informed, which was disappointing. There was also an issue with the card on file to hold the room. Although we were able to come up with a solution, the staff member at the front desk (Jack) was extremely rude and difficult to deal with, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. As for the room itself, it was lovely — very spacious with a comfortable bed. My only suggestion would be to offer a couple of different pillow size options, as the pillows were quite large and it did affect our sleep. Overall, the property is beautiful, but the check-in experience and communication could definitely be improved.

Everything was great during our stay.

View wasn’t what we expected for “harbour view” looked out over a flat room below avoid room 445. Also trying to get your car from valet parking over night was difficult , the person wasn’t in the booth and we were locked in the porch not knowing we could scan our room key to get back in ( no signs explaining system) als no valet parking signs outside the building which was confusing when we arrived.

Everything was great, however parking was a nuisance.

We didn’t get a view with out room , However the staff and service was excellent it was our second time there and definitely go back again but will ask for a room with a view

Amazing Hotel with the coolest Rock n Roll vibe! The staff are phenomenal, they make you feel like a Rock Star!!!
