Room was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to checkin very late in the evening and they were ok with this. They even allowed us to check out a little late which was extremely helpful. The restaurant attached is lovely and the food is delicious and the staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Highly recommend!

Couldn't make it up the narrow stairs to room on 1st floor, so had to change to outside room. So I paid for 2 beds, but changed to one because I couldn't do the stairs. No change in pri. The room was not worth $165 a night.
