渥太华套房酒店

我們有三個人，一間房有兩個床，一間一個大床，兩個衛浴，房源非常新，有停車場，很安全，不怕車子被偷，服務人員跟房務人員都非常親切，有機會會再入住，也會推薦親友。

很大的房间，厨房客厅洗衣房一应俱全！位置也很不错。推荐/

Good location Spacious With a kitchen which is really nice But the quality of the sofa bed was bad. We had to share the bed eventually.

前台服務人員親切，樂意解答詢問的問題。房間空間足夠，設備也充足，對於商務旅客或是小家庭非常合適。附近環境方便，步行10分鐘內即可抵達超市、市集、百貨公司、觀光景點等，非常便利。美中不足大概就是11點必須退房，如能改至12點更好；以及網路訊號較弱，有時候網速過慢。

我们订的是两卧室套房，房间很大，有独立厨房、客厅、洗衣机、还有会议室、两个洗手间、还有个阳台，离国会山步行15-20分钟，附近有超市，很方便，唯一不足是卫生不是很好，可能这个套房不是经常有人住，所以房间窗户有蜘蛛网和灰尘，感觉不太干净。

It was impossible to sleep! We were at the 12th floor and ear people yelling all night. Windows are cheap. Don't go there!

Location was spot on . Close to the Byward Market, and Rideau Mall. Lots of space in the unit which had a balcony and full kitchen. Clean updated rooms. We will be staying again.

Good room layout, furnishings and kitchen features. Pillows could be better, sofa bed mattress not the most comfortable.

Room was nice, bed was a bit hard compared to our last stay. The alarm going off wasn't as pleasant but we will definitely stay again.

We love staying at Les Suites! The units are clean and spacious, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Beds are also very comfortable!

Room was spotless! Everything was perfect in the room. We had reserved three rooms for the night and only one was ready at check in time. We ended up having to wait till after supper to get into the other rooms. That was a bit of a downer but overall everything else was superior!

Clean room and friendly staff. Fire alarm was pulled twice in one night but the staff were apologetic and gave us late check out and extra coffee.

Alarm went off twice in same night each time with loud beeping and voice talking for well over 10 minutes. Voice saying “wait for further instruction”. Was beyond useless and annoying alarm system. It either is an emergency and we evacuate or it is not and don’t bother us twice in one night. Elevator took forever. Waited for 20 minutes. Decided to walk down 10 flights of stairs and was the worst direction with signs to lobby on numerous floors. Ended up in scary cement basement. Way Better Hotel Choices in Ottawa

Good for families, good location. Well appointed kitchen, relatively quiet. We had a two bedroom suite. The room with one bed is not the primary as you'd expect. The large closet and en suite are part of the room with two beds I would have normally expected to be for the kids. Although the listing boats king beds, none of the beds are king. Our bedroom had no art, no chair, and, strangely no television, which surprised us. If you're a coffee drinker I'd bring something more effective than what is provided for coffee, but the kitchen is quite nice. The recent Renos added a half wall cutting off most of the view from the living/dining room, but still very comfortable. Beds and pillows are nice, the staff is friendly. The alarm clock in our room went off at 5am, never occurred to us to see if it was set. There was a hotel wide "emergency warning" - bells and a loud message which lasted about 15 minutes, once around two, once around 7am. No idea what was going on, but it made for a long weird night. We'll definitely go back, but those things were a change from when we used to visit before.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Conveniently located. Suited out needs.
