我們有三個人，一間房有兩個床，一間一個大床，兩個衛浴，房源非常新，有停車場，很安全，不怕車子被偷，服務人員跟房務人員都非常親切，有機會會再入住，也會推薦親友。

很大的房间，厨房客厅洗衣房一应俱全！位置也很不错。推荐/

Good location Spacious With a kitchen which is really nice But the quality of the sofa bed was bad. We had to share the bed eventually.

前台服務人員親切，樂意解答詢問的問題。房間空間足夠，設備也充足，對於商務旅客或是小家庭非常合適。附近環境方便，步行10分鐘內即可抵達超市、市集、百貨公司、觀光景點等，非常便利。美中不足大概就是11點必須退房，如能改至12點更好；以及網路訊號較弱，有時候網速過慢。

我们订的是两卧室套房，房间很大，有独立厨房、客厅、洗衣机、还有会议室、两个洗手间、还有个阳台，离国会山步行15-20分钟，附近有超市，很方便，唯一不足是卫生不是很好，可能这个套房不是经常有人住，所以房间窗户有蜘蛛网和灰尘，感觉不太干净。

Beautiful, large new bedrooms with big tv and nice bathrooms in the heart of Ottawa. We also appreciated the warm swimming pool.

Parfait super hotel et proximité de tout

This is our third stay at Les Suites and would highly recommend. We had a two bedroom/2 bathroom unit and it had a washer and dryer too. The appliances were new and the kitchen had all the amenities required if one decided to eat in. Very central location, easy walk to By Ward Market, Parliament building and the Rideau canal, Restaurants and Rideau Shopping Centre.

Just a one-nighter this time. The usual excellent stay.

Large, clean, comfortable room.

It's a good hotel right downtown. Slightly dated, but not too bad. Our third guest used the pull out couch, not sure I would have slept on that. But other than that the bed was good, shower was good and our room even had laundry and a full kitchen. Parking lot is really confusing. If you are not careful you can actually walk to a different hotel with a different parking lot without ever leaving the building. We thought we lost grandpa for a while. Staff was nice. Felt secure enough, even though you are right down town. Parking is charged per night. In/Out. Lots of spots available and secured.

Great space for a family of 4-5 people. It was just a quick walk to ByWard Market and not a bad drive to get around downtown. The kitchen and dining area were great. It allowed our family to make some meals during our week there. Ensuite laundry was also very helpful for the longer stay. You do have to bring your own laundry detergent. The gym and indoor are very small so we didn’t use them. The room was decently clean but I wouldn’t say spotless, and there isn’t daily cleaning or towel replacement. A bit inconsistent. For the size of the kitchen, the water kettle and coffee maker were quite small. The bathroom vanity was also very small so there wasn’t much space to put your toiletries.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. We love the big spacious rooms, the pool is always great. Cleanliness has dropped Unfourtunately

Everything was great would definitely go back again

Very clean suite. Staff was welcoming and responded quickly to our request for a cot. Only suggestion is to change photo of hotel exterior. The Courtyard Marriott is very different to Les Suites!
