The hotel staff was very friendly. It was one of best hotels I ever stayed in.

Very accommodating at check in. Staff was extremely helpful with sight seeing suggestions. Hotel was very clean and very well maintained.

Great location! Everything was very clean and staff were very friendly. The AC in our room was quite loud and woke me up during the night whenever it turned on but I'm also a light sleeper

We’ve been staying this hotel only when we travel to Vancouver BC on our vacation. We just feel like a home and welcome every time we stay there. The hotel is very quiet, clean and well maintained. I must say an every room we stayed have a calm and peaceful decors. The shower pressure is an excellent and gets a warm water right away. The hotel is located very convenient area in the downtown. But again it’s surprisingly quiet.

Excellent hotel. Amazingly friendly staff, very central in downtown Vancouver. Loved the restaurant for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again, one of my top 3 hotel stays in Canada.

AS OTHERS HAVE MENTIONED, THE HOTEL IS UNIQUE IN THE SIZE OF ROOMS IT OFFERS (MUCH LARGER THAN MOST HOTELS. THE L'ORANGIE RESTAURANT DELIVERED A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST IN A VERY RELAXED ATMOSHPERE. Another great stay at this lovely hotel. Staff are all exceptional. Room was perfect. Location is great for seeing something at the Queen Elizabeth. Great breakfast and wonderful service at the restaurant.

Outstanding customer service, particularly during check in. The 5th floor lounge and restaurant is tranquil and beautiful. Location was ideal for visits to Yaletown, False Creek waterfront, and downtown Robson area.

Clean room, nice staff, valet parking for large vehicles

Spacious, well appointed, quiet room. My room was on the 5th floor, close to the lounge and restaurant which are also located on the 5th floor. For parking there are two choices: hotel valet parking @ $60 Cad per 24 hours, or open street level parking at $39 Cad per 24 hours. Very convenient location, many good locations within a few blocks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made it super easy to get what we needed.
